Getting Awareness about the Current Deep World Situation (as a whole and in
your local Community/Environment as well) and think which could be the Role you
need to set to be Part of the Solution of the Global Issues
Step 2:
Thinking/Taking AIESEC as a Tool that Support my own Vision & ”Mission” and
how can I act to make a real Contribution Improving my Skills and trough it, create
Positive Changes in my Society
Step 3:
Set a Personal “Mission” & Vision Statements (In a Simple and Clear manner
in order to Understand Every Commitment to Track it for Myself) recommended at
least for 1–3-10 Years… How I see myself or How I want to see Myself in the
Near / Far Future.
Step 4:
Utilizing AIESEC to Support my Goals, Interests, Actions… and How I make a
Concrete Contribution to the Organization.
