Parents, please note a few details below.

1. Doors open at 7:15am

2. Admissions will be $6; children 10 and under are FREE

3. Please no carry-ins! Coolers are not allowed. Concessions will be provided with healthy options.

4. Parent Lounge on-site is for hockey spectators ONLY.

5. Please no folding/bag chairs. Seating, including wheelchair accessible seating, is available.

6. Games will run ahead of schedule if possible.

7. Athletic Training services, provided by Ascension, will be on-site for the entire event. A Sports

Medicine doctor, provided by Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Specialists, will be on call.

8. Awards:

a. Medals for 1st and 2nd place in the Gold Bracket.

Thank you for joining us for the 2020 Blaze Battle! We’re excited to have your team participate.

Coaches, please note a few details below.

1. Doors open at 7:15am

2. There will not be a coaches meeting.

3. Please present your roster at the tournament table upon arrival to the facility. The tournament director will be located on the court level by the entrance to the fieldhouse.

a. Coaches must sign off on an acceptable Webpoint roster before competing in any

matches on the day of the event.

i. Coaches on roster must be IMPACT and Safe Sport certified.

ii. Team fee paid yes or green check mark top right corner.

b. Teams that have not turned in their Webpoint roster for their team will not be eligible

to participate. No teams will be able to participate until the Webpoint roster has been

signed by coach or other staff personnel listed on the roster.

4. Teams will need to bring their own volleyballs for warm-ups.

5. Please no carry-ins! Coolers are not allowed. Concessions will be provided with several healthy

options.

6. Please remind families that per USAV rules, no alcohol may be purchased or consumed at a

USAV sanctioned event. The Parent Lounge on-site is for hockey spectators ONLY.

7. R1 will be provided by Badger Region for all play. Teams assigned will be responsible to provide

R2, line judges, official book keeper, libero tracker, and score keeper.

a. No food at the scorers table during match play.

8. Warm-up time will start immediately following the conclusion of the previous match.

9. Games will run ahead of schedule if possible. Please always be ready to start your next match.

10. Athletic Training services, provided by Ascension, will be on-site for the entire event. A Sports

11. Awards:

Tie Breakers PROTOCOL #1:For all two-way ties: The #1 team will be the team that won the pool play match between the two tied teams.All other ties:Teams qualifying for playoffs shall be determined by:1. MATCH % (Matches won divided by matches played);2. GAME % (Games won divided by games played);3. TOTAL POINT DIFFERENTIAL (Total # of points won subtracted from total # of points lost);4. COIN FLIP.
