• Leucocytosis is formation of WBC, occurs in

Bone Marrow

• Granulocyte and monocyte derive from

Myeloid stem cells, whereas limfocyte from

Lymphoid Stem cell

• Leucocytosis involved the series of mitosis 

and differentiation

• Leucocytosis are regulated by several growth

factor and Interleukin
