Data delivery to TecDoc through the Package Manager.

The Package Manager

This software is required to supply data to TecDoc per FTP upload.

The process of the data delivery is divided into the following steps:

Data check with the data validation module of the DMM (DVM)

Quality check with the Package Manager

Delivery form in the Package Manager

Export and upload of the Supplier Package

Start the installation and select your language

The Wizard will guide you through the installation:

Confirm and select the license that was sent to you per email:

This is the default folder but if you want to install somewhere else, you can change the path through the “Browse…” button.

Confirm the creation of a desktop icon… and click on next to continue.

Once you are satisfied that everything is correct….launch the installation with a click on the “Install” button.

Start the programme and import the license key(s) to activate your brand(s)

If you have received license keys for several brands, repeat this step for each one.

Once it is activated, the brand appears here:

Now set up the directories and enter the directory where the file pmd.ini of the DMM is located; <>:\TecDoc\DMM\Pb

Select the brand for the data delivery:

Select the type of delivery:

(If you do not wish to update your data for the data delivery, it is not necessary to make a data delivery with the Package Manager. If we do not receive any information from you at the deadline, the data from the last Data Release is automatically used.)

Select a folder for the unchecked data to be used as control files:

If the data is maintained and checked in the DMM, the unchecked data is located in the directory

Acknowledge and confirm the error margins:

Double-check that your logo is linked to your address:

The delivery form is filled out electronically and the supplier checks the consistency of the information and must acknowledge the results of the previous quality check.
