ProposalThe Town of St. Albans is seeking Requests for Proposal from qualified janitorial services to pro-vide cleaning services for Town Hall. The RFP should include a quote for the cost of cleaning a 2 floor building with 3 multi-gender bathrooms, 1 large multi-function room, 1 kitchenette along with several offic-es and common areas.
