Since they’re high in fiber and low on the glycemicindex, they are safe for diabetics and they do not spikeblood sugar. Blueberries are possibly the best brainfood on earth: they have been linked to reduced risk forAlzheimer’s, shown to improve learning ability andmotor skills in rats, and they are one of the mostpowerful anti-stress foods you can eat. Avoid: dried, sweetened blueberries.

Green it: buy local and organic, and be mindful ofseasonality. When blueberries are out of season, optfor cranberries, grapes, goji berries, blackberries orcherries to get your brain boost.

Cover Story - His Imperial Majesty

When Ras Tafari Makonnen took the imperial throne in Ethiopia in 1930as Haile Selassie I, a new movement was born in Jamaica. The crowning of aBlack King. This prophecy Marcus Garvey spoken fifteen years earlier, "Lookto Africa for the crowning of a Black King; he shall be the Redeemer". Selassiewould prove to be one of Ethiopia's most noble leaders. The Ethiopian Emperortraditionally took the title King of Kings, Lord of lords and Lion of the tribe ofJudah (Power of the Trinity).

Haile Selassie symbolizes to Jamaicans in the 1930s that the black mancould be strong, contrary to what they saw in their own country. Haile Selassiewas also believed to be descended from the line of David by Solomon. Thisonly added to the Jamaicans belief that he was their savior. Whether or not hewas the second coming, Christ himself or just related to Christ through hisheritage, he lives and his kingdom reigns forever. Between two hundred andthree hundred kings have ruled between the time of Solomon and HaileSelassie, the last emperor of Ethiopia, descendent from the seed of David.

Upon his arrival to Jamaica April 21, 1966 Haile Selassie brought rainafter a drought in the land, proving to many Rastafarian believers that this manwas of Christ. During this first and final trip to Jamaica, Selassie met withseveral Rastafarian leaders. The visit resulted in two profound developmentswithin the Rastafarian movement. First, Selassie convinced the Rastafarianbrothers that they "should not seek to immigrate to Ethiopia (Zion) until theyhad liberated the people of Jamaica (Babylon)." Second, from that day forth,April 21st has been celebrated as a special holy day among Rastafarians,"Grounation Day."

To Rastafarians, Selassie I was much more than just a political leader;Rasta theology centered on the divinity of Selassie as a living manifestation ofJah, the all-knowing and all-loving God. To Rastafarians, the story told by theOld Testament pertains to black Africans who descend from Abraham andJacob, Christ. Such Rastafarians claimed that He is omnipresent in spirit andvisited the clouds with the hosts of heavenly angels. The Rastafarian movementperceives Haile Selassie as a messianic figure who will lead the peoples ofAfrica and the African diaspora to a golden age of peace, righteousness, andprosperity into the promise land, Zion. Long the King, his righteousness liveswith out end.

Lifestyle

The Night Light: Let's be honest, foul shit goes on in the dark. Here comes the night light, dim, peaceful and comforting.Illuminating your fears and uncovering your demons.

A nightlight is a small light fixture often electrical, placed forcomfort or convenience in dark areas or areas that become dark atcertain times, such as in an emergency. People often use nightlights for the sense of security which having a light on provides, andfor a solution against nyctophobia (fear of the dark). Besides theirusefulness to children in the allaying of their fears, night lights arealso useful to the general public by showing the general layout of aroom without turning on a major light, for avoiding tripping overstairs or obstacles, or to mark an emergency exit. (Wiki)

So there is no bitchassness is using a night light. Keep awayfrom flammable material. Say your prayers and spark a candle.Sweet Dreams.

Holy Bible

Source: http://christianity.about.com/od/biblestorysummaries/a/Jonah-And-The-Whale.htm

Jonah 1- 4: Jonah is given a order by Jah to preachrepentance to the city of Nineveh, Israel's enemy. Jonahstubbornly disobeyed God and did the opposite and ranaway from the Lord. Jonah booked passage to Tarshish, away fromNineveh. In response, Jah sent a violent stormwhich threatened to break the ship to pieces. The terrifiedcrew cast lots, determining that Jonah was responsible forthe storm. Jonah told them to throw him overboard. Firstthey tried rowing to shore, but the waves got even higher.Fearing the Lord, the sailors finally tossed Jonah into thesea, and the water immediately grew calm. The crew madea sacrifice to theMost High, swearing vows to him.

Instead of drowning, Jonah was swallowed by a greatfish, which God provided. In the belly of the whale, Jonahrepented and cried out to Jah in prayer. He praised Jah,ending with the eerily prophetic statement, "Salvationcomes from the Lord." (Jonah 2:9, NIV)

Jonah was in the giant fish three days. Jahcommanded the whale, and it vomited the reluctantprophet onto dry land. This time Jonah obeyed TheAlmighty. He walked through Nineveh proclaiming thatin forty days the city would be destroyed. Surprisingly, theNinevites believed Jonah's message and repented, wearingsackcloth and covering themselves in ashes. God hadcompassion on them and did not destroy them.

Jonah teaches us not to question Jah, but to obey himat all times trusting he has our safety in his hands. We learnfrom Jonah The Prophet, we can not run from TheAlmighty One. Continue reading the book of Jonah for thefull and complete story. Truly an amazing prophecy.
