Factory Installed by Bell Helicopter on new 212 & 412
Aircraft
Bell Helicopter now installs the Onboard Systems Complete Cargo
Hook Suspension system as standard factory equipment on new 212 and
412 helicopters. The reason is quality. Our robust suspension
system includes many technological improvements that have reduced
maintenance costs, while improving utility and safety.
The system includes our TALON MC Keeperless Cargo Hook, which
has significantly more safety features than other hook available.
The system is also available with an optional integrated Onboard
Weighing System that allows pilots to make informed aircraft
loading decisions.

Standard: the MC Keeperless Hook: Rated to safely release 2.5
times rated load, and revolutionary keeperless design ensures load
ring can't slip off. The keeperless hook design handles a wide
variety of load ring sizes and styles, and eliminates the
possibility of losing a load that inadvertently gets past the
keeper.
Improved Yoke Design: We've eliminated cracking problems by
distributing the stress across multiple parts.

High-Impact Bumper Ring: 2-piece polymer bumper resists cracking
in even the toughest of jobs.
