Follow the steps in this pictorial guide to edit a “Personal Distribution List” in Outlook 98.

To begin, open the Outlook 98 application.

Click “Tools”, then “Address Book”.

Select “Personal Address Book” from the “Show Names from the:” drop down box.

Choose the “Personal Distribution list” that you would like to edit from the Select Names list of your Personal Address Book.

*Names are listed in alphabetical order.

Click the Add/Remove Members…” button in the Properties window.

To Add a new Member(s):• Select the name(s) from the list.• Click the Members button.

•When finished click the OK button.

To delete a Member(s):• Select the Member(s) from the list.

• Press the delete key, or right click and select cut.

• Make sure you remove the 1 extra ; that separates the names.

•When finished click the OK button.

Click the “OK” button to accept the changes to your Distribution List.

Click the “ ” button on the Title bar to close the Address Book window.

Congratulations you have successfully edited your “Personal Distribution List” in Outlook 98.

If you have any further problems with this feature contact the IS Dept. by clicking the icon

below and completing an “Electronic Work Order”

After clicking the icon select the “Enable Macros”

button from the proceeding Warning.
