    Language: SAP system is available in several languages,

    use language input to select the log-on language.

    Command field: We can use this field to directly go to the

    application by entering the transaction code.

    Menu bar: This depend on which application we areworking- in.

    Standard Toolbar: The icons are present on this bar. any

    icon that we can not use on a particular screen are

    dimmed.

    Title bar: The title bar displays our current position and

    activity in the system.

    SAP Easy Access: This is a standard entry screen

    displayed after log- on. using the menu path we can go to

    the transaction of our choice.

    Field help: We can use F1 on a particular field to know

    about the application of the field. F4 is used to know the

    possible entries can be made in that particular field.
