Step 1 - Update your iOSTap Settings > General > Software Update. If there is a new version of iOS available, download and install it.

Step 2 - Check to make sure you have a recent backupTap Settings > iCloud > Storage > Manage Storage. Tap a device listed under BACKUPS to check the date and time of the last backup.

Step 3 - Tap Settings > Reset > Erase All Content and SettingsIf necessary, enter your passcode. Then, your iPhone will restart.

Step 4 - When your iPhone restarts, tap Restore from iCloud Backup. Then, choose a backup
