Dates and ratesThe registration fee per person (see box at left) includes registration confirmation, conference documentation, lunch, morning and afternoon coffee breaks of the events (conferences, workshops or tutorials) you have signed for, and taxes. You will receive written confirmation of your registration along with an official invoice. The registration fee is due in full immediately on receipt of the invoice. You will not be registered for the conference until payment is received. Student and non-profit organization rates are available. Please contact the registration department (see above)

Cancellation and refunds: All changes and cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellation requests must be received by April 9, 2007 o qualify for a refund, less a 50.00 EUR processing fee. Cancellation between April 9, 2007 and April 23, 2007 are subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. No refunds will be issued after April 23, 2007. Cancellations must be in writing. Substitutions are allowed. A letter on your company’s letterhead is required from the original registrant stating the conditions of the substitution and the name of the replacement.
