It is hereby notified in pursuance of section 228 of the Gas Supply Act 2003 that the following maximum prices and charges will apply from 15 July 2005 for the sale of reticulated natural gas by Dalby Town Council to its non-contestable customers.

A Ministerial designation has been made

I, the Hon Chris Cummins MP, Minister for Emergency Services, give notice that under the Integrated Planning Act 1997, chapter 2, part 6, I made a Ministerial designation of land for community infrastructure on 30 June 2005.

Description of the land to which the designation applies

The Ministerial designation applies to land for the construction of the Emu Park Ambulance Service 87 Hartley Street, Emu Park.

The land is described as Lot 36 on Plan E15610 Parish of Hewittville, County of Livingstone.

Type of community infrastructure for which the land has been designated

The land has been designated for the Emu Park Ambulance Station with on site parking.

This community infrastructure is described under the Integrated Planning Act 1997, schedule 5 as—

(g) emergency services facilities.

Matters included as part of the designation under the Integrated Planning Act 1997, section

2.6.4

The designation for community infrastructure is made subject to the following requirements— Nil.
