2.Installation

Note: Assignment of room thermostats to Master Con-troller should be within a distance of 1.5 m.

ActivateInstallmodeonMasterController(fig.1)• Use the menu selection button to select the Install

mode. Install LED flashes.• Activate Install mode by pressing OK. Install LED

goes ON.

ActivateInstallmodeonroomthermostat• Press the push button . LED and flicker during

communication.

SelectoutputonMasterController• All available output LEDs on Master Controller light

up, and the first one flashes.• Press output selection button to select desired

output (flashes). Accept with OK .• All output LEDs go OFF. Selected output stays ON

shortly.

Roomthermostatinstallationstatus• Satisfactory: LED goes OFF.• Not satisfactory: LED flashes 5 times.

Note: A room thermostat can be assigned to several out-puts if needed by repeating the installation process.

4.TransmissionTest

5.Mounting

Placingtheroomthermostat(fig.3) Wherever possible, the room thermostat should be installed at a place where the effect of sunlight, draught, other heaters (eg. TV’s), etc. is avoided.

Mountingwithscrews(fig.2) Back plate. Screw hole for wall mounting. Screw and wall plug.

6.Uninstallation

ActivateUninstallmodeonMasterController(fig.1)• Use the Menu selection button to choose the Unin-

stall menu. Uninstall LED flashes.• Activate Uninstall mode by pressing OK . Uninstall

LED goes ON.

DeselectoutputonMasterController• Select output to be removed by output selection

button .• Remove flashing output with OK .



7.Change-overfunctionfor3-and4-pipe heating/coolingsystems

One of the standard CF-RD thermostats can be defined as a master thermostat for sequential control of heating and cooling stages, according to the room temperature. This function is only available via CF-RC Remote Controller (see instruction for CF-RC).
