The Internal Auditor is responsible for performing the following:

This role is a newly created position based out of NVIDIA's Global Finance Resource Center in Bangalore, India, reports to the

This position will primarily be responsible for: (1) the accurate, complete, and timely filing of all NVIDIA's non-US tax returns,direct and indirect, with the support of the NVIDIA global finance organization and external service providers, as appropriate,and all tax return related support, including transfer pricing studies; (2) adherence to, establishment and/or maintenance of all taxrelated policies, procedures, and controls; (3) preparation and/or support of local GAAP income tax accounting for statutory
