Prologue

Mobile GPRS settings refers to how you configure your phone for the

Internet. If you ask in the shop where you bought your phone probablythey will have no idea what you are talking about at the moment. Maybein the near future they will offer a better service. Each Telco Operator hasit own settings, sometimes you have to create Wap or MMS accountsbefore you can configure your phone for the Internet. What we haveobserved is that there is a tendency to make you a user of their MobilePortals. Some of the phones may not be homologated for the Telcos, itmean in practice that you can configure them to use with their Portals butnot with other browsers. We have included the Spanish sample here step

by step on the P900, Nokia 6600 and 3650. As an added bonus youalso get the Mobile Operators in Chimer Consortium with their settings.A final comment on this, some Telcos use the system of sending you aSMS message that auto-configures the settings on your phone,sometimes this works.
