This IFB has a 0% Local Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (LDBE) participation requirement. Firms located within a 100-mile radius and whose 3 year average gross receipts, including all affiliates, do not exceed the specified size standards are eligible for consideration

Summary of Solicitation

Performance Period: Completion within 90 days of Contract Award This will be a firm fixed price contract The procurement is a two step process IFB:

A. evaluation of the technical proposals based on evaluation criteria listed in section X, Attachment 02

B. only offerors submitting acceptable technical proposals in step one will be invited to submit priced bids

Terms and Conditions of the Solicitation are not negotiable in any material way.

Proposal Requirements

Proposals are due on October 2, 2017 by 2:00 PM local time at the address indicated on the solicitation.

Bid SubmissionsEnvelope 2 – Technical Proposal

Submit an Original and two (2) copies in the technical proposal envelope:

Do not include any reference to price

Submit on typewritten 8 ½ x 11” plain white paper

Assemble in a three ring binder or staple. No other binding methods are acceptable

Do not exceed Five (5), double-spaced, single sided pages. Exhibits, Specification Checklist and samples of previous work are not included in the five page limit

Address the evaluation criteria in the order they are presented

Evaluation Criteria

This is a two-step procurement process with evaluation based on the following criteria:

Criterion 1: Experience, Qualifications and Past Performance of the Firm

Criterion 2: Technical Proposal

Erogonomics Standards/Best Practices Additional Requirements Installation
