Przeznaczone są do regulacji zadanego parametru ciśnienia w instalacji technologicznej. Stosowane są w systemach ciepłowniczych, procesach przemysłowych przy przepływie wody zimnej i gorącej, pary wodnej, powietrza i gazów niepalnych.
Zawory iglicowe przeznaczone są do montażu, uruchomienia i obsługi przetworników, manometrów i innego osprzętu w układach pomiarowych i egulacyjnych instalacji automatyki przemysłowej.
Zawory dławiące są stosowane w układach pomiarowych, urządzeniach dla ciepłownictwa i w automatyce przemysłowej. Umożliwiają dławienie ciśnienia, regulację natężenia przepływu oraz całkowite odcięcie czynnika.
