Summary• A successful project all around• Pitfall: Primary Contractor requested tools that the professional

service providers didn’t request and were resistant to implement and that the clients weren’t always able to utilize

• Needs assessment needs to involve all stakeholder • High Tech tools promoted interesting high touch encounters• Variable technology availability and skills required media and

device agnostic delivery• On site counseling supplemented with online may facilitate

better outcomes• Pilot programs stimulated significant interest for other

implementations• Ongoing analysis in progress
