You and your team will– develop your Concept– give two oral reports– write several memos– write a recommendation report– take two comprehensive exams

Step 1 - Preparing Each presenting member must complete the
Individual Oral Planning Form (available in Forms, Templates, & Tools)
Each Team must – complete the Team Oral Planning Form
(available in Forms, Templates, & Tools)
– submit the planning forms to Dr. Zener before the presentation
– bring a blank video & copy of presentation (6 or 9 slides per page)

Step 2 - Delivering Presentation Length
– 2 speakers - 8 minutes
– 3 speakers - 12 minutes
– times include transition times
Each speaker must speak for at least 3.0 minutes

Step 3 - Self Assessing
Each member must:– review the video of their

– prepare a rough draft of Oral Presentation Memo (IA1) and
– have the draft assessed (Peer Assessment Checklist)

Step 4 - Submitting Memo
Prepare a final version of IA1 using the results of the peer assessment to improve the memo
Each student is to submit:– the final version of memo
– the Peer Assessment Checklist
– their Rough Draft
