1. The inclusion of the B-School in the associated B-School list and the issuance of B-School login id and password for the M-JEEwebsite will only happen on the successful credit of the said amount to the ENVISTA EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED bankaccount.

2. The above payments made will be applicable only for M-JEE 2010 process.

3. No amount will be refunded after 15th September 2010. If a B-School due to some reasons decides to withdraw its participationcompletely / partially from the said event on or before 15th September 2010 after initial confirmation, a sum of Rs 10,000/-( Rupees Ten Thousand Only) will be deducted as processing and cancellation fees and the balance will be remitted to theiraccounts latest by 15th October 2010.

4. The B-school needs to ensure the correctness of all the data uploaded on the M-JEE website, provided under the B-Schoolregistration form. A duly signed physical copy of the B-School registration form is to be submitted/ posted to the nearestM-JEE/ENVISTA EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED office. Only after the receipt of the physical signed copy, the B-School details willbe uploaded on the M-JEE micro-site under the associated B-school section.

5. The B-school, in all its document and admission advertisements must clearly mention that M-JEE admission processand selection methods are accepted by the institution for admissions.

6. The B-School must accept the admissions of all students selected for their programs through the M-JEE process.

7. No B-School promotional activity should be carried out at the vicinity of the Final Selection and Admission venue.

8. All B-schools can access the B- school login zone to view the demo B-SCHOOL REGISTRATION form and other details using thefollowing:login name : demologin password : demopassword

I/We agree with the operational guidelines of M-JEE 2010 as prescribed in the M-JEE 2010 B- School brochure. I/We hereby comply

with all the terms and conditions in the said brochure with respect to registration, payment and all the other clauses mentioned.

We also acknowledge that the selection process adopted by M-JEE 2010 will be beneficial to the students and has been designed in

consultation with us, taking into account all the requirements of our college.

Envista Education Private Limited is the body responsible for the entire execution of the M-JEE 2010 selection and admission

process, the design and the selection structure/execution process has been approved by us and the other associated bodies of the

governing council of our college.

We also understand that M-JEE 2010, an Envista Education Private Limited initiative in association with the associated colleges is an

autonomous testing procedure with no affiliation from the government or any other related regulatory government bodies. The

complete responsibility of abiding with the rules and guidelines laid by statutory authorities/affiliating bodies for administering,

admission in-take and running the college lies with our college and the Management committee/governing council of the college.

We also agree to accept/admit all the students- who will be confirmed for admissions to our college under the selection and

admission procedure specified under M-JEE 2010 operation guidelines.

We also agree that all the data submitted by us for display on the web site pertaining to the description and functionality of the

college is correct and Envista Education Private Limited, under no circumstances will be responsible for the correctness of the data.

The Management committee/governing council of the college will be completely responsible for any dispute arising because of themis- representation of facts and figures.

We also fully understand that our college is free to adopt other admission/intake processes along with M-JEE 2010 selection

process.

Governing Law: This agreement will be governed in accordance with the District Court of Ranchi, Jharkhand.
