Vents help keep goggles from getting foggy

Used to protect clothing during an experiment

Tongs/Test Tube Holders

Used to hold hot or potentially hazardous equipment

Watch Glass

Used to cover beakers, especially if the substance inside is potentially hazardous

Stirring Rod

Glass rod used to stir liquids

Bunsen Burner

Produces a single gas flame, used for heating and sterilization

STRIKER- piece of flint equipment used to “strike” a Bunsen burner
