Professional Bodyguard/PSD Operator Course Duration: 10 Days Location: Las Vegas, Nevada Cost per Trainee: $5,499 Includes training, all meals, training gear and all ground transportation from certain hotels

Students must provide 500 rounds of 9mm and 300 rounds of 223 for this course. 2013 Dates Course Date 1: April 15-26 Course Date 2: October 7-18_ Personal items required upon attendance of the Training Course:

1. Button up long sleeved shirt 2. BDU’s or other heavy duty pants 3. Tactical training footwear 4. Tactical shooting gloves 5. Gym or tennis shoes 6. Belt 7. Sunglasses 8. Personal water bottle or Camel Bak

Forms that must be completed PRIOR to the start date of the Training Course:

1. Registration form 2. Background Check (please include photo ID copy) 3. Proof of clean criminal background from your local police department or recent

Concealed Weapons Carry license (no more than 3 months old) 4. Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire
