7. Achievements & Impact from 1999 till 2004 : 171 CDAs & NGOs contracted. 1064 awareness campaigns; 107,254 pupils subsidized ; 24,764 returned dropouts; 146 plots of land donated; 15,000 pupils' fees covered by businessmen; Dropout rates decreased from6.7 to 3.4%;
