Basic business outline of version 2.0 (1) Commercial data on MNE’s are processed by EGR

Each NSA sends at least one time a year a dataset on legal units, relationships and enterprises to the EGR.

Each NSA has the possibilty to send additional datasets on legal units, relationships and enterprises to the EGR as frequent as needed.

EGR processes all initial and additional NSA datasets

Basic business outline of version 2.0 (2) EGR will create monthly frames and provide the

frames to NSA.

NSA has possibility to react on these frames by sending additional datasets to EGR and as a result update the next population frame

NSA have the possibility to correct previous frames by using frame error corrections.

Read, create, update and delete data in the EGR.

Functionalities for business register staff to read, create, update and delete individual data in the EGR.

The read, create, update and delete actions can be done for:1. Legal units2. Relationships between legal units3. MNE attributes

Functionality will be in line with the outcome of the ESSnet on profiling

Secure remote access to EGR Using citrix

Provide remote access to the EGR for the diffrent users.

Frame error corrections For a limited set of variables on MNE’s it will be possible to alter values in a final frame.

Corrections will be processed after agreeing on the correction proposal.

Variables which will be possible to correct using the frame error procedure:1. UCI2. Persons employed3. NACE

No sturctures will be corrected using the frame error correction procedure

Conclusions

A lot of future developments are planned

First priority is implementing version 2.0 of the EGR as is being developed at this moment.

Priorities are defined based on stakeholder needs.

Priorities will be investigated and updated each year.

Development depends on experience during the year
