Changes within Fota S.A. Board of Executives

Facing the danger of market crisis and worse expected results for the 3Q 2008 there has been some actions taken up:– In November 2008 Mr. Wojciech Pratkowski has been delegated to

fulfill the position of Board President also Mr Paweł Gizicki – Financial Director joined the Board of Executives

– The Board took immediate actions to improve the company’s conditions which are the part of a bigger plan for the comapny’s restructuring. Board has focused it’s actions primarly on:

1. Profitability improvement

2. Cash flow improvement

– In Ferbruary 2009 Mr. W. Pratkowski was appointed to the post of Board President which is an expression of approval and trust given by the Board of Supervisors and company shareholders.
