any adverse report about his character / antecedents is received from the Additional

Director General of Police (CD), J&K, the candidate shall forfeit his or her right to claim

his appointment and shall be deemed to have been cancelled abinitio.

2. Salary of the appointees shall not be drawn and disbursed to him or herunless

satisfactory report about his or her character and antecedents is received from Additional

Director General of Police (CD).

3. The appointees shall remain on probation for a period of two years from the date of

issuance of this appointment order and his / her probation period shall be based on his or

her satisfactory performance report.

4. The other service benefits of appointees shall be governed under SRO-400 of 2009 dtd

24-12-2009 issued by the finance department.

5. The inter-se-seniority of these appointees shall be determined as per seriatim of the

provisional select list issued by the chairman District level recruitment committee Jammu(Chief Horticulture officer, Jammu).

6. The appointment of the candidates will further be subject to outcome of writ petition /

case / suit pending before any court of law on the subject.

The appointees shall have to report to this office for further adjustment against

available vacancies with in a period of 21 days from the issuance of other appointment
