Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM) had long felt the need to brand SHG products under a BRAND NAME, so that products made by the SHGs in Assam are easily identifiable. Therefore, in search of a brand name, ASRLM organized a competition amongst its State, District and Block level staffs for a perfect name that would denote products made by the Self Help Groups of Assam.A Committee was constituted for selecting the name and after due deliberations, ASOMI – a name proposed by Suraj Jyoti Gogoi, DPM, Sibsagarwas selected.

ASOMI- is an amalgamation of alphabets A- Atmo SO- Sohayok, M- MahilaGootor I- Identity (Porichoy). ASOMI also evokes the identity of Assamese people globally.In the inauguration session of SARAS Fair 2018, ASRLM formally launched the BRAND NAME-ASOMI for products made by SHGs promoted under ASRLM. Earlier ASRLM obtained necessary registration for trade mark under Trade Mark Act 1999. From now onwards all products made by SHGs promoted under ASRLM will be sold under the Brand Name ‘ASOMI’.

Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM) organizes the “Sale of Articles of Rural Artisans Society” in short ‘SARAS’ Fair every year with an aim to provide a platform to Self Help Groups, to showcase their skills & products, raise awareness amongst urban customers on rural livelihood initiatives and also develop a market link.

This year in the month of November 2018, the first SARAS was organized in Dibrugarh from 9th to 18th November with the participation of 12 States of India. 105 stalls were put up which did a total business of Rs. 86.40 Lakhs in 10 days. The Dibrugarh SARAS was inaugurated by Laya Madhuri, Deputy Commissioner of Dibrugarh in the presence of Nandita Hazarika, Mission Director, ASRLM,Project Director, DRDA,Dibrugarh, Shantanu Dutta and a host of other dignitaries. The 10 days of SARAS

enthralled Dibrugarh buyers with Cultural programs, art competitions and workshops.

In the month of December, ASRLM geared up to organize the SARAS Fair in Guwahatiw.e.f 15th December to 26th December at Ganesh Mandir Indoor Stadium field ,Khanapara. The fairwas inaugurated byPrincipal Secretary,P&RD, Deptt. Govt of Assam, Dr. J B Ekka, in the presence of State Mission Director, ASRLM, Nandita Hazarika and a host of other dignitaries.

In the Guwahati SARAS fair, 28 States participated and a total of 116stalls displayed a wide spectrum of handloom and handicraft items from different States across the country. Out of these 116 Stalls, 60 Stalls were of SHGs of Assam promoted under ASRLM. In the 12 days of SARAS FAIR ,SHGs did a voluminous business of Rs.2.36 Crores breaking the previous year’s record of 1.51

Crores. SARAS Fair 2018 also recorded a huge amount of foot falls almost every day.The finale of SARAS Fair culminated with an awards ceremony to the highest selling SHG Stalls.Almost all the SHGs which participated in the SARAS fairs of Dibrugarh and Guwahati returned home with happiness and huge profits, the following are some honorable mentions of

the highest selling SHG Stalls.In the Guwahati SARAS Fair, ASRLM also showcased the products of the targeted Livelihood Projects viz Looms of Assam-a Handloom Value Chain Project, Weed to Wealth– a Water Hyacinth Craft Project and Sakhi- StreeSwabhiman-a Sanitary Napkin Project. All the products under the threeprojects also evoked a positive response from the urban buyers .

The Looms of Assam Project (Handloom value Chain Project) where SHGs of Dhakuwakhana and UjaniMajuli Blocks participated with their weaves like Mekhela Chadar, Kurta, Cushion Covers, Bedsheets, Stoles etc. made a business of Rs. 10.18 Lakhs (Rs7.89 Lakhs in Ghy and Rs. 2.29 Lakhs in Dibrugarh). Similarly, the products made of Water Hyacinth by SHGs of Dollonghat and Pub- Mangaldai, like Bags, Dustbins and Laundry Baskets of all

sizes, Dining Table Mats, Yoga and Picnic Mats etc. also made a remarkable business of Rs 1.76 Lakhs (Rs.1.,24lac in Ghy and Rs0.52lacin Dib) in both the SARAS Fairs. The Sakhi- Stree Swabhiman Sanitary Napkins which was launched in the month of September- October 2018 was displayed for sales with vending machine on an experimental basis, also received good response as all packets brought were sold off.

As a prelude to the SARAS Fair, ASRLM organized a Run- RUN FOR SKILLING AND LIVELIHOODS from the Venue of SARAS FAIR on 14th December 2018 at 7 AM. The RUN was flagged off by Eminent Cine Artist, Chetana Das and Bikram Rajkhowa in the presence of State Mission Director, ASRLM, Nandita Hazarika. Jeevika Sakhis

Credit Linkage is a vital part of livelihoods of SHGs and ASRLM envisions a good rapport with the Banks for smooth facilitation of loans to SHG members. It’s worth mentioning the ASRLM holds a good record in terms of loan repayment by SHGs promoted under ASRLM. SBI Bank extended support to ASRLM by providing services of Mobile ATM at the Venue for the convenience of customers while shopping in SARAS Fair.

On 19th December, 2018 ASRLM family spent an evening with the 18 elderlies residing in ‘AMAR GHOR’ an Old Age Home CHERISHING LIFE. A wonderful evening with interactive participation, cultural items, games and fun marked the event. Expressing love, gratitude and appreciation to these experienced

SARAS Fair inauguration also witnessed the ceremonial distribution of sanction letters to 24 SHGs from 4 Nationalized Banks namelyUCO Bank,AGVB Bank, PNB Bank andUBI Bank.The distribution of Sanctionletters were done by Chairman AGVB and Chief Regional Managers/Circle Head/ Zonal Managers of respective Banks.A total of Rs.12.41 Crs was sanctioned against 1038 SHGs of Rangia, Chandrapur, Boko, Dimoria, Hajo, Mayong ranging from Rs. 1 Lakh to Rs. 3 Lakhs.

individuals and as a token of remembrance for their contributions towards society at their own levels ASRLM presented a water purifier for their usage in AMAR GHOR.

ASRLM Employees are committed to achieving the objective of the Mission and alleviate poverty by working with the SHG members for sustainable livelihood. In their work set against targets, there is a need of de-stressing so that work life balance is achieved. Hence, the SARAS fair saw a large number of fun- filled games which included ‘Tug of War’, ‘Musical Chair’ etc. Amidst the stress and humdrum of official work, the games provided cheerful moments.In order to make urban children of Guwahati realize the richness of Assamese rural culture and provide a platform for their creative mind an Art Competition was organized on 23rd December 2018 in

the Venue of SARAS Fair. The competition was themed with essence of Clean and Green Planet, Rural lives, Handloom and Handicraft of Assam and India in general. A total 380 children of various age groups participated in the Competition in the three different categories. The Winners of the Art Competition were gifted with a Prize Money and Certificate. The participants were alsopresented with Books, Colours and other stationary items.

Quizzes not only test knowledge about a certain subject but also provides informative feedback on one’s knowledge without impact on grades as a “Test” has.Hence, quizzes are always interesting and informative, which provide excitement among the students and also make them

aware of current affairs. A Quiz Competition was also organized in SARAS FAIR on 23rd December where 98 participants from various schools of Guwahati gave tough battle to each other. Eminent Quiz Master and Faculty Royal Global University, Mr. Rajib Phukan, hosted the Quiz completion with much grace and cheerfulness

Cooking competitions are fun to watch and exciting as it bringsin all the relishing flavors and creative presentations. SARAS witnessed Cooking Competition of Home Cooked Food on 22nd December 2018 where 50 participants presented mouthwatering Non-Veg Dishes and Sweet Desserts. Mr. Alok Sarkar HoD of Institute of Hotel Management and Dr. Arundhati Borah, Prof. College of Veterinary Science, Khanapara graced the cooking completion as esteemed Judges.

The twelve days of SARAS Fair was not only limited to display and sales of Handloom and Handicraft items but also had interactive Sessions and Workshopson different aspects for enriching the knowledge base of the SHG members and DDU-GKY students. Prominent personalities of the field participated in the workshop as resource persons and interacted with SHG Members and DDU-GKY Trainees

The SARAS fair was a fun-filled event of games, competitions, workshops with evenings devoted to cultural performances showcasing the richness and diversity of northeast India and Assam in particular. The SARAS stage gavea platform to many young talents to perform with

great magnificence. ASRLM employees also participated in the cultural events with their scintillatingperformances. Celebrities likeDwipen Baruah, Santa Uzir, Nahid Afrin,Kapil Bora, Bhrigu Kashyapenthralled the visitors of SARAS fair with their power packed performances.

Tirupur is a city in the Kongu Nadu region of the Indian State of Tamil Nadu where more than 12000 Assamese youths majority of them, girls are working in various textile industries. Tirupur is the administrative headquarters of Tirupur district and the fifth largest urban agglomeration in Tamil Nadu.Tirupur is a major textile and knit wear hub contributing to 90% of total cotton knit wear exports from India. The textile industry provides employment to over six lakh people and contributed to exports worth ₹200 billion (US$2.8 billion) in 2014-15. Special Industrial Parks have been developed to support the textile industry. Nethaji Apparel Park, Tirupur Export Knitwear Industrial Complex,

SIDCO Industrial Estate and J.S.Apparel Park are a few that are operational. Nethaji Apparel Park has 53 companies manufacturing knitwear for exports. The NAP presently provides employment to 15,000 people and generates export revenue of Rs. 15 billion from the apparels produced in it. Tirupur Export Knitwear Industrial Complex was established in 1992 and has 189 sheds built over a 4200 square feet area. Some of the world’s largest retailers including C&A, Nike, Walmart, Primark, Adidas, Switcher, Polo Ralph Lauren, Diesel, Tommy Hilfiger, M&S, FILA, H&M, Reebok import textiles and clothing from Tirupur. Project Implementing Agencies of DDU-GKY from ASRLM who operates the Sewing Machine Operator Trade & has Placed a considerable number of DDU-GKY trained trainees at Tirupur & nearby areas in the State of Tamil Nadu.Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM) on 2nd December 2018, organised an Alumni meet for the youth who were trained under the DeenDayal

Upadhyay-Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU GKY) from the State of Assam and now working in different Manufacturing Knitwear Companies at Tirupur (Tamil Nadu). The Alumuni meet enabled the participants share their experience, to network with each other, offer suggestions for improvement of the programme, etc.More than 1200 girls and boys from various Companies took part in the programme.

They shared their experiences with fellow members and exchanged ideas. This vibrant programme provided them an opportunity to share their success stories with others.Ms.Nandita Hazarika, State Mission Direc-tor, ASRLM, inaugurated the programme and delivered the inaugural address. In her address, the State Mission Director ad-vised the participants to think big and stay motivated by continuously learning and improving themselves. She emphasized the need to take hold of the opportunity that has been given to them and overcome

the minor hurdles that one may face in staying away from the homes. She urged the youth to aim at reaching higher posi-tions in their career which will come from the hard work that they will put in as there is no shortcut to success. The programme was also attended by MrRaja M.Shan-mugam,President of Tirupur Exporter’s Association and officials from Nine man-ufacturing Knitwear Companies namely Cotton Blossom,Jay Jay Mills,Victus,Royal Classic, BTexGarments,Akshara,Sahana ,S.P.Apparels and SCM Garments.

2. MEETINGS2.1EXECTUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING OF ASRLMThe 12th Executive Committee meeting of Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM) was held on 8th November, 2018 under the Chairmanship of Shri Alok

Kumar, IAS, Chief Secretary, Government of Assam. The following are some of the resolutions and recommendations of the Executive committee meeting.

• ASRLM to initiate the setting up of a Piglet Breeding Centre with the support of the Technical Support Agency.• ASRLM to initiate a demand survey under DDU-GKY for understanding the market demand for various jobs• Banks directed to clear the pending CC loans of SHG members on priority basis.• Approval accorded to the statutory audit report of ASRLM for FY 2017-18.• Post facto approval accorded to the hiring of three capacity building agencies for implementation of different livelihood intervention, viz.: Seven Sisters Development Assistance (SeSTA), for Mahila Kishan Sashaktikaran-Pariyojna (MKSP)

years that the candidate has put in with ASRLM, subject to the maximum age limit of 45 years i.e. if the candidate has put in 2 years with ASRLM, then relaxation will be from 40 to 42 years and so on.• Approval accorded to the engagement of one Consultant for Monitoring & Evaluation• Approval accorded to the selection of 5 districts and 20 blocks for the implementation of the NRETP project viz.: Dhemaji, Hailakandi, Nagaon, Tinsukia &Udalguri districts and Dhemaji, Machkhowa, Murkongselek, Sissiborgaon, Algapur, Hailakandi, Katlicherra, Lala, Barhampur, Dolongghat, Laokhowa, Raha, Guijan, Itakhuli, Kakopothar, Sadiya, Bhergaon, Mazbat, Rowta and Udalguri blocks.

A State level Review on Performance of the Blocks of Hailkandi, Cachar and Karimganj districts was held on 21st Nov, 2018 at SMMU. The Review meeting was chaired by SMD Ms. Nandita Hazarika, ASRLM in the presence District Project Manager (DPM), Block Project Manager (BPM), and SMMU officials.The main objective of the review meeting was to find out the reasons for poor performance of some

blocks of the Barak Valley vis-a vis targets that were set for 2018-19, take note on the progress against all parameters of Blocks, understand issues of respective blocks and districts and Strategies action plan with timeline for 1OO% achievement by March’19 in all parameters.

The DDU-GKY Project Approval Committee meeting was held on 22nd November 2018 at the Conference Hall of SMMU, Guwahati. The meeting chaired by Dr. J B Ekka, Principal Secretary, Panchayat &Rural Development, GoA in the presence of State Mission Director, Nandita Hazarika, SMMU Officials and representatives of Agencies seeking proposal permit. The PAC approved the proposal of 4 projects with trades as listed below:

In the third quarter of Financial Year 2018-19, under the Livelihood Vertical of ASRLM various training and Workshops were held, some of which are as follows:

15 Blocks of Assam has been identified for implementation of Piggery Value Chain covering nearly 5100 SHG members. In order to facilitate the project, the District and Block Officials were given an advance training on the Piggery Value Chain on 3rd October, 2018.

yard Poultry Project covering nearly 7750 SHG members. The field training for the beneficiaries is ongoing and in order to strengthen the capacity of the officials, a one- day orientation training of the dis-trict and block officials of the identified 26 blocks was held on 4th October, 2018.

458 SHG members of Chaiduar and Pub Chaiduar blocks are implementing a Fish-ery Project for their livelihood generation. In order to streamline the project imple-mentation, a one day orientation was held for the officials involved in the project on 14th November, 2018.

The Mahila Kisan Sashaktikaran Project covering 6 blocks and 14500 SHG members is being implemented by ASRLM in association with SeSTA. In order to orient and plan for the project, a one day orientation on MKSP was held on 5th November 2018 with the District and Block officials of the 6 MKSP blocks.

Underthe Social Mobilization, Capacity Building and Institution Building theme a number of activities were undertaken to

empower the SHG members.

A 3 Day Exposure Visit to Kudumbashree, NRO, Kerela was conducted from 30th of October to 1st of November, 2018 involving 26 participants that included State, District & Block Officials. The main objective of the visit was to have first-hand experience on how the PRI functions and bonds with Community Based organizations( CBOs)of Kudumbashree, Kerela, The exposure visit will facilitate the officials of ASRLM to properly implement the PRI-CBO convergence project in the new 19 blocks. During the visit, the participants interacted with the PRI members, NHG (Neighborhood Group), ADS (Area Development Society) & CDS (Community Development Society) and community cadreof Kudumbashree, Kerela.

In order to develop identified Cluster Level Federation into Model Cluster Level Federation, three VO Visioning Workshop were conducted at Bajiagaon, Dangtol & Barkhetri blocks under Nagaon, Bongaigaon & Nalbari district respectively from 26th October to 1st November, 2018. Ms. Dhrubaa Mukhopadhaya, National Resource Person for Model CLF facilitated the workshop and the participants were the executive members of VO and block officials. The main objective of Visioning workshop was to make the participants realize how SHG & its federation could act as a catalyst for change. Group Discussion, Role Play & Interactive discussion were used as training method.

A Review cum Roll Out Plan for Model CLF was organized on 7th December, 2018. A

presentation was given by Ms. Dhrubaa Mukhopadhaya, National Resource Person for Model CLF before SMD, ASRLM about the activity done and the planning of capacity building of staff as well as CBOs. DFE-SMIBCB from Nagaon, Sonitpur, Chirang, Nalbari DMMU and BPMs from Bajiagaon, Barhampur, Dangtol and Barkhetri BMMU participated in the program. The main objective of the event was to Review the VO Visioning Exercises held at Field, take note on Capacity Building events and plan out works to be done with CLFs withthe 5 Block Teams.

Keeping in mind how to give training to CLF EC members at the grass root level, 3 nos. of Orientation program on CLF Basic Management (Part I) and CLF Book Keeping Training (Version I) was organized for Block Coordinators in 3 batches at SMMU on 13th to 14th, 17th to 18th and 20th to 21st Dec.’18. Besides State officials, the training program was facilitated by Mofidul Hussaini, DFE-FI & Jayanta Barman, DAM who are assigned as state trainer.

4.5 GROUP PROCESS &FACILITATION SKILL FOR STAFF:

To get an exposure about the Group Process & Facilitation Skill, a 3 days training program was organized for concerned District Functional Experts-SMIBCB & Block Coordinators where Model CLFs have beenidentified. The training took place from 26th to 28th Dec.’2018 and was facilitated by Ms. Dhrubaa Mukhopadhaya, National Resource Person for Model CLF and Mr. Pradyut Bhattacharya, NRP. The primary objective of the training was to understand the different dimension of poverty, approach to address multi-dimension of poverty, quality of development worker, importance of group approach in NRLM, task and

maintenance function of group, Effective communication, Active listening, get into others’ frame of reference & Facilitation skill, in decision making, problem solving and leadership.

Under the Financial Inclusion vertical, ASRLM extends financial services support in the form of Opening of SHG and individual bank accounts, grant of Revolving Fund, Community Investment Fund and facilitating Credit Linkages, Insurances etc. in order to strengthen the Community Based

organizations. Some of the major activities undertaken in the third quarter are:

In order to speed up the process of credit linkage and disposal of loan proposals pending in the banks, ASRLM organized a Regional Level Banker’s Meeting on 1st October, 2018 at State Mission Management Unit, Guwahati. All the regional/Zonal heads and their representatives from the banks dealing with SHGs were present in the event. SMD ASRLM tried to understand the issues that pertain to non- sanctioning of the loan proposals and offered to facilitate the recovery of NPAs of the SHGs under ASRLM .After the state level meeting, four regional level meetings at Jorhat, Dibrugarh, Nagaon, Sonitpur were organized with the regional managers of different banks present in the zones. Issues related to SHG Bank Linkage and financial inclusion were discussed.

Under the Financial Inclusion section, ASRLM organized a State level Financial Literacy workshop on 20th Nov, 2018 at SMMU Conference Hall, Guwahati. There were altogether 35 participants from districts comprising of Director RSETI’s

and FLC Coordinator’s, ASRLM District Officials -Financial Inclusion.The Inaugural session was addressed by SMD, ASRLM and Chief Guest Shri R.R. Singh, DG-NAR from Bangalore who was also present during the State level workshop on Financial Literacy.The Resource persons were Smti T. Mooshahary AGM from RBI, Sri R.C. Sahu, DGM, NABARD, Regional Office, Guwahati, Sri K.M. Deka, DGM, SIDBI, Guwahati, Sri Chiranjib Pathak, IDFC and Mr S.C Sen, SBI, LHO, Guwahati.

Bank Mitra/ Sakhis act as facilitators of the financial services to the SHGs and hence capacity building of these Bank Mitras is very important. ASRLM organized two residential trainings in the month of October, 2018 at IIRM Campus, Beharbari, Guwahati.In the first training programme held from 8th to 10th October 2018, 43 Bank Mitras participated from the districts of Biswanath, Udalguri, Nagaon, Tinsukia, Karimganj,West KarbiAnglong, Dima Hasao, Jorhat and Majuli. In the second programme held from 11 to13th Oct, 2018, 39Bank Mitras participated from Dhubri, Barpeta and Goalpara.

ASRLM in association with NIRD, Regional Training Centre organized a Banker’s orientation training programme on NRLM on 12th October, 2018 at NIRD Campus, Guwahati. A total 52 Bankers from AGVB, LDRB, PNB, UCO and UBI attended the training programme.In the month of December2018, a second bankers training programme on NRLM was organized from 14-15 Dec, 2018 and 23 nos. of participants from AGVB, PNB, UCO and UBI attended the training programme.

5.4 ORIENTATION TRAINING FOR BANK MANAGERS ON NRLM PROGRAMME:

ASRLM envisions that the Community Based Organizations become strong grassroot institutions of social change and development and each and every

member of SHG become strong women both physically, financially and psychologically so as to lead her family and society towards development.

Therefore, in order to empower the women with this visionary outlook, the Jeevika Sakhis and EC members of selected CLFs were provided 3 days of residential training on Gender Sensitization and Integration in district level. National Resource Person, Sunila Singh and ASRLM officials facilitated the workshop which was of a participatory nature giving information of how to make self-realization, understand their strengths andpotential to lead the CLF andinitiate Gender based activities in their own village and cluster. Till the end of the third quarter of FY 2018-19, the Gender Sensitization training was imparted to 10 CLFs with 102 participants (JeevikaSakhis and EC members). The 32 ASRLM officials of Barak Valley and Hill

Districts were also given orientation of Gender Integration in NRLM and role of Community Based Organizations.‘RASHTRIYA POSHAN MAAH’ - National Nutrition Month- September 2018, was celebrated by Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM) across the State. In regards to the Nutrition Month four Regional Level workshops on Building Capacities of Women’s Collectives and Strengthening Multisectoral Convergence on Nutrition, Nutrition Linked Livelihoods and WASH was organized in collaboration with UNICEF, Assam. The workshops were held in four districts of the State namely Kokrajhar, Cachar, Sonitpur and Jorhat wherein District and Block level participants of concerned departments were present. The workshops

outlined various scope of convergence of the line department in order to address the Nutrition, WASH and Nutrition- Linked Livelihoods and thereby work collectively in raising the nutritional standards of Women and their Children. Taking the recommendation and suggestion forwarded in the regional workshops, a State level Consultative Workshop on convergence for Nutrition, WASH and Nutrition Linked Livelihoods was held on 11th October 2018 at Assam Administrative

Staff College, Khanapara, Guwahati. The workshop was attended by state level officials of concerned departments, UNICEF Officials, SMMU and DMMU Officials of ASRLM. The objective of the workshop was to pave ways of collective efforts through strategic ways of convergence where the SHG members of ASRLM cannot only be benefitted by the schemes and policies of various department but at the same time work as catalyst of social change and rural development.

6.2 UNICEF SUPPORTED STATE LEVEL CONSULTATION WORKSHOP ON NUTRITION AND NUTRITION LINKED LIVELIHOODS.

7.DDU- GKYUnder the Deen Dayal Upadhaya- Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) programme, ASRLM with the help of Project Implementing Agencies trains up Rural youths in various skill trades and looks

aftertheir placement and post placement engagements. The following are some of the major activities under the DDU-GKY programme held within the month of October to December 2018.

The State Mission Director, ASRLM, visited twotraining centers of DDU-GKY run by Ajmal Foundation and Markazul Marif both Project Implementation Agencies (PIAs) at Hojaiin the month of December 2018. SMD interacted with the authorities and officials of the Training centers. At present there are 143 DDU-GKY trainees in the center of Azmal Foundation receiving Skill Training on Accounting, Food and Beverage Services, Bed Side Assistants MED and Sales Persons- Retails.Azmal Foundation has so far provided skill training to 290 rural youths. The Center of MarkazulMarif has 174 number of DDU- GKY trainees receiving skill training on Bed Side Assistant MED and BPO Voice. A total of 1027 rural youths are trained

so far by Markazul Marif. SMD interacted with the Trainees and with her speech motivated them to take this opportunity of free skill training as a remarkable prospect of changing their life for better.7.2 Workshop on Assessment and Certification of Project Implementation Agencies (PIAs) under DDU-GKY

A workshop was organized with the representatives of Project Implementation Agencies (PIAs) on assessment and certificationof DDU-GKY candidates. The one-day workshop was conducted by Ms. Nidhi Rawat, Deputy Head, DDU-GKY,

MoRD. The objective of the workshop was to orient the PIA representative on simplified and digitized method of registration, assessment and certification of candidates. The workshop was attendedby 60 representatives of 31 PIAs.
