Rep line located at below of the pipe rack at west of F5-0603 at 0.7m elevation from P-5-06-220 to pipe rack located at east side of V5-0607 A&B at 18m elevation.Painting failure with algae were noted at the rep line. Corrosion with scale was found at the flange joint of the rep line located at north side of FV-0173.Minor corrosion were observed at the rep line which located at high elevation.Corroded and damage gasket was found at the drain point located at north side of FV-0173.Brownish corrosion stain was noted at the FV-0173 body due to the crevice corrosion which occur at the bonnet-body flange area.

Rep line located at the west pipe rack of F5-0603 at ground elevation level.Painting failure with a thin layer of algae which occur at certain location along the rep line was noted.

Rep line located at the top east side of V5-0607 at 12.2m elevation.Rep line's support displayed with minor corrosion suspected due to paint failure.Insulated rep line which located at 17.6m elevation was exhibited with no sign of CUI presence and free from any sign of defomation.Sign of corrosion presence at the pipe trunniun which penetrate at insulated rep line.Insulated rep line which located at the top side of V5-0607B was displayed with sign of defomation.Corrosion with no metal loss was occured on the line which can seen from the deteriorated insulation banding.No sign of defomation or deterioration was observed at the insulated rep line which route horizontally from V5-0607B to west pipe rack.Paint failure was observed at the rep line after insulation was removed at selected location.Corrosion was occured at the pipe support suspected due to CUI phenomena.External condition of insulation rep line which located at high elevation exhibited free from any sign of CUI presence.Corroded small branches and rep line was found after insulation was removed.

Rep line located at east side of V5-0607A, at ground level elevation.External condition of the insulation rep line was found with sign of deteriorated jacket and it's banding. Corroded pipe and it's weldment were found after inspected from damage jacket portion.KV-0109 was exhibited with corrosion including flange joint and it's fastener.General corrosion with flake approximate 1-2mm was noted at 4" pipe.Rep line header displayed general corrosion with scattered metal loss, depth approximate 1-2mm.Support trunion was exhibited with general corrosion and metal loss located at portion that covered by insulation. Metal loss approximate <2mm.Tubing flange of PDT-0152 displayed general corrosion to 1-1.5mm flake. Top side fastener had deformed to 80% remains.At gauge's nipple assembly exhibited general corrosion to 1-1.5mm flake including it's fastener.General corrosion with flake approximate 1-2mm was noted at 8" header.Flange joint's fastener displayed general corrosion.Support angle iron was exhibited with general corrosion and metal loss located on below side.Reducer 8"x4" was exhibited with general corrosion and metal loss approximate 2mm located on HAZ area.

Rep line located at north side of V5-0301E at ground elevation height. Deteriorated insulation banding noted at the 24” instrument valve, KV-0118 during inspection. Other part of the insulated rep line found in good condition with no major abnormality noted during inspection. Rep line support found in good condition with no major abnormality noted during inspection.Light rust observed on the gauge’s fastener and flange attached at the rep line after insulation removed at the selected location.

Rep line located at north side of V5-0301A, ground elevation height. Dented insulation jacket noted at the insulated rep line. Pipe support of the rep line found with light corrosion. 2” gate valve noted in corroded condition. Severe corrosion with hard scale was observed at 3 point, at elbow, small branch and rep line itself. Metal loss was noted at the corroded small branch. To confirm metal loss with RT profile. Painting failure was found. Painting failure with minor corrosion noted at the rep line at height elevation location.

Rep line located at elevation from 7m to 17m and routing from XV-0103 to E5-0408. View of accessible piping circuit adjacent to E5-0408. Insulation assembly was noted in proper condition. Minor dents and notches were found along the accessible line. Light rust noted due to the painting failure on the gauge near by after insulation removed at selected location. Top portion of 0301AQ was noted in satisfactory condition with proper installed jacketing system. Accessible horizontal portion insulation cladding was found with minor dents and insufficient sealed clad joints. Insulation cladding condition at last portion of the circuit before E5-0408 was dented and damage (Boxed) due to external impact. There was no sign of abnormality under insulation to be noted.

Rep line located at elevation started from 1m to 6m. There was no other issue with insulation assembly as observed with no trace of abnormality. The nipple and flange assembly were not properly insulated during inspection done. Other portion of the circuit had similar appearance with the rest with thin trace of blackish stain noted on clad surface. Brownish stain with light rust observed on the rep line after insulation removed at selected location. 2” branch noted rusty at the reinforcement plate which attached at the rep line with metal loss approx <1mm. ½” gauge noted rusty at the flange and it’s fastener. Gauge gasket noted severely rust.

Rep line located at north side of V5-0301E at ground elevation height. Insulated rep line found in good condition with no major abnormality noted during inspection. Close up view of the branch connected to the rep line. Drain gasket which attached at the small branch noted corroded.

Rep line is routing from P-5-03-021 to E5-0408 and elevation of 5.25m. No abnormality found during inspection with smooth and proper cladding surface. The cladding still in proper and satisfactory condition. Brownish stain mark with scattered rust noted on the elbow with most of them located near to the weldment

Rep line is located adjacent to E5-0407/10 routing from E5-0408 to E5-0407 and elevation is 4.5m to 7.8m. Accessible portion of the circuit exhibited very thin trace of blackish stain. There was no significant defect nor damage found during inspection. Overall condition was satisfactory visually. Closest portion to cold box was newly insulated and the cladding was installed properly. Section of the circuit for insulation removal. 2 instrumentation vents exhibited uniform and thin rust indication on entire nipple surface. Scattered light rust observed on the rep line and the small branches attached on the line due to the painting failure after insulation removed at selected location.

Rep line located from to E5-0407 to E5-0408, elevated from 1.3m to 3.9 m. Extended portions of this circuit were noted with rust and blackish stain. No gross defect found during inspection. Overall condition was satisfactory. Valve attachment at the circuit was not insulated. Rust stain and algae growth covering the external surface of the valve and bare insulation. External condition of the insulated portion was noted in good order.Brownish stain with light rust noted on the rep line after insulation removed at selected location. Light rust noted at the drain fastener and drain valve body which attached to the rep line.The continued portion of the circuit into the pipe rack was found in satisfactory condition with light trace of blackish stain on the cladding surface as observed from ground level.

Rep line is routing from E5-0408 to V5-0402 and elevated at 1m to 10m. Thin blackish stain was found averaged on clad surface. No defect found during inspection. Adjacent area showed no abnormality.Scatted light corrosion noted on the rep line after insulation removed at selected location. Corroded fastener noted at the drain attached on the rep line. Continued portion of the line to V5-0402 found with trace of blackish stain. No abnormality found during inspection.

Rep line elevation started from 1.2m to 4.0m. There was no abnormality found during inspection on this circuit generally. Lowest portion of the line external surface of cladding exhibited smooth surface with proper jointing between sheets. No abnormality observed on the pipe and ¾” drain after insulation removed on the selected location. Continued of piping circuit GPP5—0301G exhibited blackish stain on its entire surface. At support location (Boxed), damaged insulation to clad breach was found on top of insulation surface. Close up view of insulation breach point at boxed location. Other than through notch, insulation cladding assembly was still intact and proper and in good order. The remaining portion of the circuit was found in satisfactory condition without any sign of abnormality.

Rep line, routing from TV-0103B to E5-0401 and elevation of 0.9m. Insulation assembly was found in good order and proper. Overall condition was satisfactory. Drain nipple and flange started to exhibit light trace of corrosion (CUI) at failed coating spot. No abnormality found on the rep line during inspection after insulation removed at selected location. Drain nipple and flange started to exhibit light trace of corrosion (CUI) at failed coating spot.

Rep line located from P-5-04-083 to south side of K5-0401 inside Cold Turbo Expander House.Brownish stain with light rust observed along the line. ¾” vent noted in corroded condition.Painting failure observed along the line with light rust noted scatted. ½” vent on the 504-FE-0111 found corroded.Scatted light rust with no metal loss observed on the pipe weldment.

Rep line is located from east side of Cold Turbo Expander House at ground level.Painting failure with light rust observed along the 2” line.Sign of rust found at bottom side of line which attached to support.Sign of rust observed at ¾” drain fastener.

Rep line located at elevation from 0.8m to 17m. This circuit was fully insulated and visual inspection was limited to insulation cladding condition only. There was no abnormality found during site inspection and overall condition was satisfactory. The cladding joint was proper and there was no sign of abnormality found during inspection. No abnormality noted on the rep line during inspection after insulation removed at selected location.

Rep line is routing from P-131 to XV-0113 and elevation from 1m to 3m. Adjacent insulation assembly was found proper and in good order with light stain noted on clad surface. Algae growth and stain averaged on drain nipple and flange assembly. Adjacent insulation assembly was found proper and in good order with light stain noted on clad surface. Algae growth and stain averaged on drain nipple and flange assembly. Light surface rust noted on the stainless steel rep line after insulation removed at selected location.

Rep line is routing from XV-0113 to E5-0408 and elevation from 1m to 3m. Adjacent insulation assembly was found proper and in good order with light stain noted on clad surface. Light rust due to the painting failure noted at the small branch including it’s valve which attached at the line.Insulation cladding at left portion of the circuit was found notched to perforation. There were 4 adjacent breach points on clad surface with diameter to 2 cm. Light environmental stain was visible on adjacent clad surface.

Rep line located at south side of V5-0501C sulfur removal vessel north side of the compressor house at 19000mm height to 7000mm height on pipe rack near by. Painting failure with localized corrosion noted along the circuit. No metal loss found during inspection. General corrosion noted at bolts and nuts at flange joint and no abnormalities noted at support members.

Rep line is located at pipe rack at north side of the compressor house at 6000mm height area 123 to ground level of pipe rack at area 114 to XV0104.Painting failure with minor corrosion observed along the spool beam no (14 23 NP 15) and (29 14 NG 31). No abnormalities found on support members during inspection.

Rep line is located at ground level below of the pipe rack in area 114 at beam no 29 14 / NF 31. Painting work noted still intact in good condition on the 2” rep line. No other abnormality found on the rep line during inspection.

Rep line is located above side of E5-0409 to the north side of the plant.New painting work observed and still intact on the line. Small branches along the line noted in good condition. No others abnormalities found during inspection.

Rep line is located above side of 16”-P-5-04-027-61019 (GPP5-0301R) to the north side of the plant at 5000mm elevation to pipe rack near by.New painting work observed and still intact on partial part of the line (till 8000mm height).Painting failure with light rust observed at line from 8000mm height to above.

Rep line is located at pipe rack at north side of the compressor house at 6000mm height to ground level.Painting failure observed along the circuit. No abnormalities noted at support members.Scatted corrosion noted near the weldment of the circuit (beam no 14 23 NO 15).Scatted corrosion with <0.5mm metal loss found at pipe near HV-0106.Drain gasket noted corroded due to the crevice corrosion.

Rep line is located on platform at top of V5-0501A, 19000mm height.Painting failure with minor corrosion observed at the circuit. No metal loss found during inspection.Bolts and nuts noted corroded.Drain point at bypass line of the circuit noted bend over down condition.

Rep line is located at ground level of the V5-0501A at south side of the vessel.Minor corrosion noted at 2” pipe and general corrosion observed at bolts and nuts. Flange joint gasket noted in corroded condition.

Rep line is located at south west side of V5-0501A from 6000mm elevation area 123 trough area 117 pipe rack area to 130000mm elevation height at area 114 Painting failure with light corrosion observed covered approx 90% along the rep line during inspection.Rep line support found in good condition with no sign of deteriorated noted at the support during inspection. Painting failure noted at ¾” drain which attached at the rep line. Light corrosion observed covered the top side along the rep line located on the pipe rack from area 123 to area 114. Light corrosion found at the weldment of the rep line with painting failure located at north and south of the weldment. Scatted corrosion with no metal loss noted on the rep line during inspection. Brownish rust stain found covered the ¾” vent at 8000mm elevation height at the bottom of area 114 pipe rack. Corroded gasket found at the vent. Scatted corrosion observed at the pipe body due to the painting failure. Brownish rust stain noted at the other portion of the rep line. Painting failure noted along the rep line to the F5-0301. Rusty ¾” drain point noted.Support concrete noted in good condition with no major abnormality found during inspection. Light corrosion found at the flange of rep line and ¾” vent fastener and it’s blind flange due to the painting failure.

Rep line is located at pipe rack north side of Sales Gas Compressor House at elevation 9000mm.Localized corrosion noted at weldment along the long horizontal run spool in area 123 elevation 9000mm height. Painting failure noted along the 4” spool.Painting failure with minor corrosion noted along the spool in area 114 on pipe rack at 9000mm height. No others abnormalities noted such as at pipe support membersduring inspection.

Rep line is located at ground level of pipe rack at east of the V5-1501 in area 114.Painting failure noted at the 2” spool.

Rep line is located from V5-0402 to E5-0404, elevation started from 14m to 0.8m. Circuit portion to pipe rack had similar appearance with thin trace of blackish stain without any gross defect. No abnormality noted on the rep line with painting work still intact and no failure observed after insulation removed at selected location. Light rust noted at fastener of the gauge which attached at the rep line.Continued portion on the pipe rack was found in satisfactory condition with blackish stain averaged on cladding surface. No abnormality nor gross defect found during observation.

Rep line is routing from E5-0404 to V5-0403 and elevated of 9.4m.Piping circuit was noted with blackish stain and presence of algae on insulation cladding. No significant trace of abnormality nor defect found during inspection.Light corrosion noted at the elbow after insulation removed at selected location. Small branch attached noted in good condition. No other abnormality found during inspection.

Rep line route from on top of V5-0403 to KT5-0401. Close visual inspection found the insulation assembly was in good shape and there was no abnormality found except thin and hard stain at the insulation slope which is not detrimental to pipe integrity. Accessible pipe route had similar appearance with the first portion of the circuit with thin blackish stain and no gross defect. No abnormality found on rep line after insulation removed at selected location.

Rep line is routing from cold box E5-0404/0405 facing Plant North-East at elevation of 2.22m. The entire length of this circuit was fully insulated. The insulation cladding was covered with algae. View of GPP5-0301Z first elbow out from E5-0404/0405. light trace of algae was averaged on pipe insulation surface. No gross defect nor abnormality found during inspection. No abnormality observed on stainless steel rep line after insulation removed at selected location.Accessible portion of GPP5-0301Z exhibited satisfactory condition with traces of algae and blackish process remains averaged on cladding surface. 1 drain point at the middle of the low horizontal circuit was not sufficiently covered with insulation and cladding. Drain nipple and valve surfaces were found with light rust.

Rep line is located on the pipe rack at the north side of V5-0301A to the top of V5-0301A, 14m elevation height. Deteriorated insulation banding at the insulated small branch attached to rep line. Deteriorated insulation jacket observed during inspection. Pipe support of the rep line find in good condition with no major abnormality noted during inspection. Other part view of the rep line. No major abnormality noted on the insulated rep line during inspection. Corrosion with minor metal loss approx. <1mm noted at the rep line including the fastener of the KV-0101 after insulation removed.Insulation banding located at the top of V5-0301A found deteriorated during inspection. Gauges attached at the insulated rep line noted in good condition with no abnormality observed during inspection.

Rep line is located at south side of V5-0303 from 3000mm elevation height to E5-0301 at 60000mm elevation height. Rep line found partially insulated and no major abnormality noted at the insulated rep line. Painting failure with minor corrosion noted at the pipe support of the rep line. Light corrosion also observed at the ¾” drain which attached at the rep line. Dented insulation jacket found at the rep line located around TG-0118 and TG-0107. Insulation was removed at the rep line at selected location. Deteriorated fastener was observed at the drain point due to severe corrosion attack, attached to the rep line. Scatted light corrosion noted along the non insulated rep line. Corroded fastener noted at the ¾” drain.

Rep line is located at east side of K5-0301B at 4000mm height elevation to ground level elevation. External insulated rep line noted in good condition with no abnormality observed during inspection. Light corrosion noted at the valve body due to the painting failure. Corroded fastener noted at ¾” drain which attached at the rep line. No major abnormality observed at the pipe support along the rep line. Corroded gasket noted at the ¾” vent point next to TG-0120. Painting failure observed at the 4” branch below side of the ¾” vent. ¾” drain gasket located at west side of PDG-0110 noted with severe corrosion. The rep line was found in good condition with likely new painting work was noted. No sign of rust present on the rep line during inspection.

Rep line is located at east side of K5-0301A at ground levelelevation. Light corrosion observed at the ¾” rep line due tothe painting failure especially at the flange and it’s fastener. Blind flange noted uninstalled properly.

Rep line located at south side of K5-0301B at 1900mm height elevation to 5000mm elevation height. External insulated rep line noted in good condition with no abnormality observed during inspection. Light corrosion noted at the ¾” vent which attached at the rep line. Corroded fastener noted at flange joint of the 8” branch. Scattered light corrosion was observed at the rep line after insulation removed at selected location. Insulation sealant noted deteriorated at the box valve at the insulated part. Painting failure and corroded gasket noted at the ¾” nipple which attached at the rep line. Corroded fastener noted at ¾” nipple which attached at the rep line. Minor corrosion with no metal loss observed at the non insulated part of the rep line suspected due to the painting failure.

The drain located south side of the FV-0101. Drain gasket noted severe corroded. Painting failure was observed on the rep line after insulation removed at selected location. Severe corrosion with metal loss was noted a t the ¾‘”.Remaining life calculation. As per remaining life calculation, the remaining life is -3.190 years.

Rep line is located at south side of V5-0303 at ground level elevation. Light corrosion noted along the stainless steel rep line. No abnormality observed at the pipe support of the rep line. Light corrosion also observed at the ¾” drain fastener which attached at the rep line.

Rep line is located at top side of V5-0201 to XV-0114, from 8m to 17m elevation height. Painting failure with minor corrosion noted at the small braches attached at the rep line.. Corrosion with no metal loss due to the painting failure observed at the rep line.

Rep line is located at west side of E5-0406, from P-5-04-003 at 4000mm height to PSV E5-0406C at 17000mm on top of the pipe rack south side of the E5-0406.New painting work at line from P-5-04-003 to 5500mm height noted in good condition.Painting failure with scatted rust observed at high elevation of the line from 5,500mm height to pipe rack south side of E5-0406C.

Rep line located from east side of E5-0401 at 4,000mm elevation to HF-5-04-036 at 17,000mm elevation on the pipe rack located at north of the E5-0401. No abnormality neither such as jacket deteriorated nor insulation banding damage found during inspection on the rep line.
