How about receiving a gift of love, joy, peace, kindness, and self-control, not only foryourself but for others in our lives? We are in the season of celebrating the mostwonderful gift we could ever receive…Jesus, the Son of God, sent to be our personalsavior. I love reading the book of John. In it, Jesus shares with us some very powerfultruths for living victoriously. According to John 14:12, “Most assuredly, I say to you, hewho believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also, and greater works than thesehe will do, because I go to My Father.”
Gifts for You and Others in 2020!
Then Jesus tells us that He will give us another Helper, the Spirit of truth who will be with us forever. Hewill dwell with us and be in us. He will lead us, give us the fruit of the Spirit, give us power to witness, andpower to do signs and wonders. Rivers of living water will flow from our spirits to a thirsty world. Wedon't have to ask Santa Claus for gifts, we have our Father of God who loves to give good gifts to Hischildren.

Beautiful ladies,It is with such joy when I think about being with all of you. Sisters, mothers, daughters. Family. In Christ, we are allthat. As I have been praying and asking Father what He wants to deposit into your hearts and into your lives during ourtime together, His voice is clear and unwavering. “To unlock the treasures of their hearts. To draw my daughters into aplace where ‘the need to perform’ for MY love is simply washed away. That they will understand the spaces in my heartthat belong to them already, just because they belong to me. That they will come to understand that as they are drawninto this place of incredible security with me, will they then be able to become my dreaded champions on the face of theearth. My Warrior Queens. So That when they do anything for me, it will not be to earn my love, but be from a place of

Our National Conference is our most effective way to bring women a special touch from God, and, ofcourse, we want to make provision for all women to be able to come. One of the best ways to make attendance possible is to keep the registration fee as low as possible. Thisyear we chose to keep the fee the same as last year, even though our costs have increased. Last year, feescovered only about 70% of the costs, but we were blessed to have the other 30% underwritten by grantsand donations. We are believing that the Lord will stir hearts to again cover the difference. If you are one who is being nudged, and can afford to give, let me give you some ideas of specific areasyou might want to sponsor all or a part: - Speakers ($5,000). This covers the expenses, such as honorariums and flights for our two fabulous speakers from various parts of the country. - Youth ($2,500). We charge a much-reduced fee for these young women. - Worship and Audio/Visual team ($3,500). Critical for the Conference. - Videographer ($2,500). Records the speaker messages to be shared with others. If this is for you, or maybe your chapter, you can donate on the website, celebrationministries.org, orsend a check to Ann Sparks, PO Box 4187, Bryan, TX 77805-4187. Please email us [email protected] to let us know specifically what you would like to cover. We know just the right people are being stirred to give just the right amounts. Be brave! Bebold! Believe!

for those we have had the privilege to serve, and look forward to developing relationships with the newones God will send to us. That’s also true of our Ninety Six chapter – eternal relationships have andcontinue to develop. We’re always excited when He adds to our family! And the greatest of these is LOVE.
The Ninety Six, SC Celebration chapter was chartered 20 years ago this coming May. Itoriginally began as a chapter from two churches, Cambridge UMC and St Paul UMC;however, it soon developed into a community of women from many local churches. It’snot unusual to have at least 15 different churches represented. The meetings are heldmonthly, with the exception of June and July, and have an average attendance of 35. Themeetings are held on Saturday mornings with a few evening meetings and an annualovernight retreat in November each year.
These photos were taken at this year’s retreat at Asbury Hills inCleveland, SC. This year’s theme was “Messy People” from abook by Jennifer Cowart (Jen was Celebration’s NationalConference Speaker in 2018). Along with great teaching, women enjoyed games, hiking (at least some braved the milehike to the top), and s’mores. God’s creation was very evidentwith the colorful leaves. Our chapter continues to providesupport for a chapter in the women’s prison. These women loveCelebration and look forward to each meeting. Twenty-fourinmates are involved, with a waiting list to join, therefore theycan only come for a year.
