Lunch: Please encourage your child to make different choices
each day. If your child is going to buy school lunch you are
encouraged to create an on-line account.
Homework: Homework guidelines for Kindergarten are 3 times per
week/5-10 minutes. The most important homework we can assign you is to
read to and with your child on a daily basis.

Library: Remember your child’s library day and have
your child bring their book to school. Students won’t be able to check out a new book, if they don’t return last week’s book.

library book. Keep library books and water bottles separated in
backpacks.

We are a PBIS school! This stands for Positive Behavior Intervention System.
Each classroom has in it a clip chart with the following areas on it: Outstanding Great Job/Day Good Day Ready to learn Think about it Teachers Choice Parent ContactThe kids will be asked to clip up or down depending on their behavior and effort they are showing in class every day. The ultimate goal is to always be in Ready to Learn or above. If a child is struggling with this on a consistent basis we will contact you to chat and brainstorm a way for them to make better choices.
