Overview Farmers Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) booklet inventory management and issuance are now documented using WIC WISE. Once the FMNP coupon booklets are received at the local agency, local agency Admin users will enter the Booklet Range numbers on the LA Inventory screen, and then transfer ranges of booklets to sites in their agency from the Transfer To dropdown on the LA Inventory screen. Booklet ranges can be transferred from Site to Site Using the Site Inventory Page.

In the Clinic module, users will issue one booklet per family per FMNP season.

Admin Module – Agency and Site FMNP Booklet Inventory

1. LA Inventory – Add Agency FMNP Booklet Range at the Agency and Assign (Transfer) the Booklet Ranges to Individual Sites

Step 1. Access the Admin module by logging into your Agency (see Figure 1, example: Solano Co Health & Social Svc Dept 125000000)

Step 2. From the left Menu bar, click on the Farmer’s Market Jellybean. then click LA Inventory (see Figure 2).

Step 3. Select your Agency from the LA dropdown and click Go (see Figure 3).

Step 4. Click the blue Add button (see Figure 3).

Step 5. Enter the 9-digit Booklet Start and End numbers for the entire Agency shipment (see Figure 4).

Step 6. Click the blue Save button (see Figure 4).

Step 7. To “Transfer” from Agency to Site, on the LA Inventory screen, select the Agency row and click the green Transfer button (see Figure 5).

Step 8. Select a Site from the “Transfer to” dropdown list (see Figure 6).

Step 9. From the Agency booklet range, enter the 9-digit Booklet Start and End numbers that will be assigned to that Site (see Figure 7).

Step 10. Click the blue “Save” button to confirm the transfer. The screen should read “Data Saved Successfully” if the transfer was successful (see Figure 7.

Step 11. Repeat Steps 7-10 for each of your Agency’s Sites. This will provide you with your Agency inventory for each Site on the LA Inventory screen (see Figures 8 & 9).

2. Site Inventory – Transfer Booklet Ranges from Site to Site

Step 1. Select the Site Inventory from the Farmers’ Market Menu.

Step 2. From the Site dropdown, select the Site you are transferring from and then click the green Go button (see Figure 10).

Step 3. Select the Booklet Range row in the grid for the site transferring from and click the green Transfer button (see Figure 11).

Step 4.

From the Transfer to dropdown, select the Site you are transferring the Booklet Range to (see Figure 12).

Step 5. Enter the Booklet Start number and Booklet End number and click the blue Save button (see Figure 13).

Note: there is no limit to transferring the booklets from site to site. You can always see the status of the check booklet inventory for all sites from the “LA Inventory” menu bar.

Step 6.

Select the Fairfield Site from the Site dropdown and click Go to see the Booklet Range added to the Fairfield Office. (see Figure 14).

Clinic Module – Issuing FMNP Coupon Booklets to Participants Make sure you are logged in with a Site User ID.

Step 1. From the clinic module, select a certified participant.

Step 2. From the “Guided Script” Jellybean select Issue Benefits (see Figure 15).

Step 3. Select the red FM Booklets button (see Figure 15).

Step 4. A new screen will pop up to issue FMNP. In this screen select the blue Add button to enter the FMNP booklet number (see Figure 16).

Step 5. Select the date issued and enter the FMNP booklet number on the next screen. If the booklet was issued onsite at a farmers’ market, you may check the “Issued at Farmers Market” box (see Figure 17).

Step 6. To confirm issuance of the booklet select Save (see Figure 17).

Step 7. If the booklet was issued successfully, the bottom of the screen will read “Data Saved Successfully” (see Figure 17).
