The wine regions of northern Transdanubia play an important part in the Hungarian wine culture.

The primary task of our winery is to make people like and acquaint them with our great variety of wines based on the geographical features of the region.

Our aims:We offer our most popular wines and the related services at the right

time, in the right place, at a reasonable price with efficient sale-incentives to the appropriate consumer.

In return for this service, we are determined to make the largest profit possible through sales, gain recognition for our company and create a favourable image both inland and abroad.

The history of our companyThe history of our companyOur winery was founded in 2002 in the heart of the Ászár-Neszmély wine-

growing region. We realised that the region has all the necessary conditions for growing grapes and making wines.

At first, we produced various and high-quality wines for our family members in particular. However, after receiving positive feedbacks from most of our customers, we knew that our company might develop into a prosperous and valuable business. In the beginning, we dealt with only quality wines but later we grew into a reputable wine-growing company.

Our winery produces both white and red wines on a vineyard covering an area of 560 hectare. The winery is equipped with the latest technological wine-producing devices.

The basic ingredients of our products come from our vineyards where the grapes are of premium quality, carefully-picked and ripen to perfection. Our main objective is to enhance the reputation of our company both within the country and outside its borders.

The Ászár-Neszmély wine-growing region is located in Northern Transdanubia south of the River Danube spreading over a hilly area. This region was declared a wine-growing area back in 1977, which covers an area of 1400 hectare.

In this region, our winery is surrounded by several hectares of vineyards and a nice hotel can also be found here with a restaurant. The restaurant affords a panoramic view of the River Danube. We are easily accessible from Komárom, Esztergom, Győr and Budapest.

Our market share has exceeded our expectations recently. Thus, we are in a safe market position, free from debts.

For this reason, we are planning to upgrade our products, design, the winery, the bottling plant and the logistics section.

As a result, we will create several job opportunities.

Besides our company, there is a wide range of rival wineries, which produce high-quality wines giving us a great cause for concern.

We carry out a continuous assessment of our performance and analyse the range of products of our main competitors, price levels and their strengths and weaknesses.

We apply the SWOT-analysis in this assessment with a view to becoming the best.

Our product has several advantages. First of all it is a perfect drink for many kinds of dishes. It is also a great gift for your friends thanks to its nice packaging. Besides it can be bought at a reasonable price. The bottle and its label is simple but elegant just like the logo of our company.

PricingPricingIt is widely known that prices have a great influence on

consumers, they have a filtering effect on them so to speak. Our prices are well considered. Although they are a bit

higher than the prices of our competitors but they are in harmony with the high quality and standard of our products.

Our price list can be found in our catalogue, our internet homepage and on the wine lists of different restaurants where you can find wines of different categories ranging from medium to premium class.

Besides those who visit us can also find the price list displayed on a board in the guest house of our winery.

We must maintain the continuous demand for our products.

We have a contractual relation with wine shops and restaurants where our wines are recommended in the first place. Besides we are also in contact with travel agencies and even the receptionists of the neighbouring hotels help us by sending guests to our winery.

Our catalogue and internet store is also available for our consumers.

It’s very important to have a good reputation among people so we organize wine tasting events and other programs at the weekends.

We have already advertised in catalogues, tourist brochures, on television, on posters. We have a homepage on the Internet and we are recommended by many restaurants.

We take part in national wine competitions. Our award-winning wines are popularized at exhibitions.

Our multilingual wine list is also an important means of advertising.This wine list can be also used as a table mat.

Those who visit our winery will receive a promotion designed for his/her particular needs. (e.g. our ‘pay for two and you will get an extra one too’ campaign or giving various promotional gifts)

Those accompanied by their families will be provided several kinds of entertainment facilities. (e.g. screening movies for children or getting acquainted with old wine making instruments)
