1) WELCOMING SPEECH BY CHAIRPERSON

1.1 Mr. Lee Sin Siong who acted as temporary chairperson welcomed all the group members to the first meeting for the year 2013 and thanked them for the support and cooperation given.

1.2 He highlighted that the main purpose of the meeting is to appoint new committee members which will lead the activities under this subject.

2) APPOINTMENT OF NEW COMMITTEE

2.1 The committee of Group 1 was formed in the first meeting. The following is a list of members who were elected to hold their respective office:

2.2 Mr. Ayob Bin Jaffar as the chairperson will continue the meeting.2.3 Mr. Ademizan Bin Ahad as the secretary will record the minutes of the meeting.

Information to group members 3) THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PROGRAMME

3.1 There are several programmes that will be conducted in this semester for the subject Effective Communication:

3.1.1 The general meeting was held on 12th October 2013.3.1.2 There will be at least 3 meetings in near future:

a) 26th October 2013b) 16th November 2013c) 7th December 2013

3.1.3 Constructing questions for the interview.3.1.3.1 Example of questions:

● What types of course that you intend to attend?● Why do you want to attend the course?● What’s the contents you prefer during the course?● What do you hope to get at the end of the course?● Which venue do you think is the most suitable place to held the course?● In your opinion, what’s the most effective duration for the course you held?

3.1.4 Constructing the same questions to get feedback from among five colleagues in order to contemplate what course should be organized.

3.1.5 The questions should focus on the use and disclosure of current information technology towards teachers.

3.1.6 Planning on timetable and work throughout the semester and before the handover.3.2 Interview materials have to be recorded.

4) OTHER MATTERS

4.1 All group members can view more question of the interview through edmodo.4.2 All assignments must be adjusted to obtain the best result.4.3 As communication among members is a long distance, group members can interact each other by

phone, edmodo, e-mail and facebook.4.4 Cooperation of all group members is expected.
