Statements in this presentation other than purelyhistorical information including statements relating to the Company's future plans and objectives or expected results, are forward-looking statements. This presentation containscertain forward-looking information or forward-looking statements (collectively, "Forward-Looking Statements“) within the meaning of applicable Canadian securities legislation.Such Forward-Looking Statements include statements regarding: expectations on the size of resource on the Company’s properties, timing of ability to obtain resources reports andpreliminary economic assessments, plans for mineral processing, timing and ability to raise capital and use of proceeds of such financings, long term acquisition and developmentsplans, and the ability to enter into acquisition or option agreements and the timing and terms of same, Forward-looking statements are based on numerous assumptions and aresubject to all of the risks and uncertainties inherent in the Company’s business, including risks inherent in resource exploration and development. As a result, actual results mightvary materially from those described in this presentation. Readers should verify any & all claims and do their due diligence before investing in any securities mentioned. Investing insecurities is speculative and carries a high degree of risk.
Drill results reported in this presentation are composite, weighted average grades returned from continuous drill core samples across the interval. Intervals reported are coreintervals. Further drilling is required to understand the relationship between core interval and true width. After logging, intervals marked for sampling were sawn along the corelength, with half of the core placed in bags for analysis and the remaining half core piece returned to the box for reference. 2018 drill core samples were shipped to MS AnalyticalLaboratory in Langley, B.C. (ISO 17025:2005 certification) for preparation and analysis. At the lab, samples were crushed to 70% passing a 10 mesh (2 mm) screen, then a 500 g splitof the crushed sample was pulverized to 85% passing 75 microns. All samples were analysed for gold and a multi-element suite by method IMS-132 (ICP-MS analysis following aquaregia digestion of a 40 g sample of pulverized material). For samples returning > 0.2 g/t Au by IMS-132, the sample was re-analysed by method FAS-111 (fire assay/AAS finish of a 30g sample). For samples returning > 10 g/t Au by FAS-111, subsequent gold assay was done by method FAS-415 (fire assay/gravimetric finish of a 30 g sample). For samples returningover limit Ag (> 100 g/t Ag), Pb (> 10,000 ppm Pb), Zn (> 10,000 ppm Zn) or Cu (>10,000 ppm Cu) by IMS-132, samples were assayed for that element by method ICF-6xx (ore gradeassay by ICP-ES, following 4 acid digest). Industry best-practise QA/QC procedures were implemented during the drilling program, including the insertion of analytical blanks andstandards at regular intervals, as well as systematic duplicate sampling. Core size was NQ2 (50.6 mm = 2 inch core diameter).
The 2019 Cassiar project resource estimate was prepared for Margaux Resources Ltd. according to NI 43-101 standards. The Table Mountain resource estimate was done for aprevious operator according to NI 43-101 standards. Readers are cautioned that the Table Mountain resource estimate has not been verified by Margaux Resources, and isconsidered historical in nature. There is no current or historical resource for the Cassiar tailings deposit.

WHY OROGENIC GOLD IS A FOCUS FOR US
Orogenic gold deposits are attractive for their high grades and large size. These deposits account for about 30% of global Gold (or 2,700Moz Au). In Canada, over 80% of Gold comes from Orogenic deposits, with the Abitibi region alone contributing over 180Moz Au.
High-grade veins and low-grade bulk-tonnage mineralization can both occur in orogenic deposits. Historically development was restricted to high-grade veins, but as technology and prices have changed, exploration has targeted bulk-tonnage mineralization.
Recently it has become more widely understood that orogenic gold mineralization is associated with the Cordilleran orogeny. This new understanding is in large part due to a 2017 report by Geoscience BC 1.
The 2017 Geoscience BC report, together with our reinterpretation of historic data and our own drilling has allowed us to paint an exciting picture of the Gold potential on our properties.
Our projects are highly analogous to Canadian examples including the Abitibi region (Campbell-Red Lake, Kirkland Lake, Hemlo, Dome, McIntyre-Hollinger, Malartic), Barkerville/ Cariboo, Klondike, and Bralorne. Global analogies include IAMGOLD’s Rosebel & Sarimaka operations (Suriname), Muruntau (Uzkekistan) and many others.

CASSIAR GOLD OPPORTUNITY
LOW-GRADE - Taurus HIGH-GRADE – Table Mountain
The Taurus zone is a 1 Moz Au Inferred Resource at 1.43 g/t Au using a 0.70 g/t Au cut-off1. The Taurus bulk tonnage resource is shallow, extends to surface, and has road access with favourable topography.
The Cassiar property includes several underground mines which operated between 1979 & 1997 and collectively produced 350,000 oz Au from a series of high-grade veins1. The project includes a 270 tonne per day gravity/flotation mill which was used during the past operation, and is permitted for continued use. Mining permits are also in place for the veins.
Veins occurs along a 15 km trend. Within this trend, many gold-bearing veins are known. Most have limited or no drilling, and no previous mining. A 2010 Historical Resource exists for the veins2.

SHEEP CREEK PROJECT
WHAT WE ACQUIRED WHAT WE HAVE TODAY
• Margaux acquired Sheep Creek in early 2017
• Historic Production (1900 - 1951)
• 785,000oz Au
• Average grade 14.4g/t Au1
• No significant exploration since mining ceased
• 10km long belt with +70 known veins, including 32 past-producers
• High-grade Gold veins
• Good vein continuity; veins mined over 950m strike, 240m down dip
• We consolidated this district for the first time ever
• Hard copy historical geological data
Since the acquisition we have:
• Obtained permits for exploration drilling
• Drilled 34 holes
• Completed LiDAR survey & geological mapping
• Built 3D model using historical & modern data
• Identified the Bayonne vein as a high priority target where we have:
• discovered low-grade, bulk-tonnage Gold
• started drill definition of a high-grade ore shoot
• Selected targets for future drilling
• Built our knowledge base, so we can identify and prioritize other projects, such as our recent acquisition, Cassiar Gold
• Built a strong social license to operate
• CAD$2M spent
Detailed geological analysis and modelling has allowed us to understand more about the Sheep Creek District. Using modern techniques that the ‘old timers’ did not have, helps us to further de-risk the exploration phase.

LOW-GRADE - Bayonne HIGH-GRADE
We will also assess other targets on the property for this style of mineralization with drilling of priority targets.
Prior to Margaux’s work, the 3,900 hectare Sheep Creek property had not been explored for bulk-tonnage mineralization. Previous mining and exploration was entirely focussed on high-grade veins.
In 2018, we discovered near-surface, low-grade, bulk-tonnage Gold at the Bayonne target. We will continue to explore this road-accessible target by drilling in 2019, to understand the size and grade of the zone.
Over 70 Gold-bearing veins are known from historical work on the Sheep Creek property. We have prioritized these veins for drilling, to explore them on-strike and at-depth from their known extent. We are also identifying areas to explore for new veins.
One priority target for high-grade Gold is the Bayonne vein, where our drilling has intersected a high-grade shoot. Future drilling will attempt to expand this zone, and test other high-grade veins on the Sheep Creek property.
