On the inauguration of new branch at Milaganoor by the Hon’ble Finance Minister, theBank donated Rs.5 lacs for the Govt. High School at Milaganoor for construction ofschool compound wall. Further, Wheelchairs were also donated to the physicallyhandicapped persons.
All the employees of the Bank contributed Rs.2.15 Crore to the Prime Minister’s NationalRelief Fund by donating their one day’s salary to help the flood victims of Uttarakhand.Besides, the Bank organised camps in Kedarnath & Badrinath and provided food,medicines, mineral water and all sort of help to the persons affected by the calamity.
During the current year, the Bank has planned to provide over 6000 ceiling fans to Govt.Primary Schools located in rural centres.
In 23 financial inclusion villages and other rural areas, water purifiers, water coolers,schoolbags, hand pumps, stitching machines, benches & chairs have been provided.
The Bank has continued with various CSR/Welfare activities like distribution of books topoor blind students, free rice to people below poverty line, free medical treatment forthe poor and needy, donation of Ambulances, Vans, DG Sets, Computers, Water Coolersand support to Mid Day Meal programmes, etc.

The Bank has been authorized for online collection of VAT for Delhi State.
A new Women Oriented Personal Loan Scheme named “STREE SHAKTI”launched for the wives of existing Home Loan Borrowers of the Bank.
The Bank is participating in financing under Haryana Govt.’s newly launchedscheme “Priyadarshini Awaas Yojna” (PAY). The scheme has been launchedfor providing housing loan facility to 2 Lac poor rural families.
An independent Chief Customer Service Officer (CCSO) has been appointedby the Bank who shall work as an Internal Ombudsman to give special focusto customers’ grievances and to provide a speedy redressal to theirgrievances.
Bank has installed and operationalised its own FI Gateway Server.
Kiosk Based Financial Inclusion made Live. It is another delivery channel forFinancial Inclusion customers who can do banking transactions through CSP(Customer Service Points)
