• Vision: Develop a strategy, which leverages and expands upon existing effort
throughout the organization, to develop, deliver, coalesce, and archive all UCAR
educational materials via a unified framework. The framework should be designed for
public usability, be thematically based, and make use of social media and other evolving
technologies and platforms for dissemination
• Components of the strategy should address:
• Institutional ownership
• A standard approach, process, and platform for developing and hosting recordings of presentations, interactive events, and links to other educational materials within UCAR
• Staff training requirements
• Technical tools and development activities required to support the initiative
• Communications and change management strategies
• Scope: UConnect is a free and open collection of audience-focused & topic- driven digital resources accessible across all platforms & devices. It takes a novel playlist approach that is active, emergent, and responsive to the needs of UCAR’s varied audiences.
