Earning your GED: An Important Subject for 2017
For many who have not completed their high school diplomas, jobs and the unmoving minimum wage will cause more problems than ever. So you have to do something to change your potential and have more opportunities. Complete you Education.
The thought of going back to school after you dropped out of school can be overwhelming, especially when you are raising chil-dren, working a part-time job and you are now in your 30’s. You have a fear of math and the thought of a room full of people who you do not know or you don’t want anyone to know you haven’t finished school makes you hesitant. There are some of you who have tried but the process seemed to take too long or too complicated to understand what comes next. But, what you do know is that you need a better job opportunity, more money, better living conditions and you want to have that life-long accomplishment of having completed your education.
We invite you to change your life today, join our class of energetic adults looking to take the next step in their education by earn-ing their diplomas. Let’s start a discussion that will put you on the right path.
Read this quote:
“Stepping onto a brand-new path is difficult, but not more difficult than remaining in a situation, which is not nurturing to the whole woman (person).”
― Maya Angelou Classes are on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
This program is sponsored by Fayetteville Technical Community College Continuing Education, The Fayetteville Metropolitan Housing Authority and the City of Fayetteville Community Development Department.
For registration information contact the classroom instructor, Adolph Thomas at (910) 433-1935.
