Centralized management from the cloud

The Perimetral Console, short for Panda Perimetral Management Console, is the Panda solution for easy and centralized monitoring, managing and upgrading of all the registered Panda GateDefender eSeries systems. With a few clicks it is possible to:

• Monitor the device(s) status (enabled, available, updated)• Access all devices from everywhere with zero configuration at the client’s end• Remote HTTPS access to the GUI and SSH access to the command line. This is

automated by a “call-home” agent that allows access without the need for any configuration in the firewall.

• Push updates and patches (packages)• Track actions executed on the devices – what / who

Privileges & hierarchical organization

There are different account privileges, so actions that can be performed depend on the account type used.

There’s also a hierarchical (N-tier) structure as follows:

• Client level: Each client will be able to see the information of the appliances they own and manage them. Each unit is uniquely identified.

• Service Provider/partner level: Each partner is able to obtain status information and manage all their clients. Remote access is possible if customers explicitly allow that action.

• Panda Support level: Panda is able to remotely access customers’ units for support purposes if explicitly allowed, with no additional configuration required in the customers’ end.
