Services are provided on a case by case basis, as every individual presents unique goals, skills, barriers, resources, etc.*
Evaluation, counseling and placement services are free of cost to the individual. However, all other
services may require a financial contribution from the individual depending on their income.*11
Getting Started - Referral
Starting a referral to OVR can be done in several ways:
1. Call the local OVR district office
2. Ask to see an OVR counselor in a CareerLink
3. Submit a referral through CWDS
