1. PROJECT MAKING-
Theme- A dash of substantial triumphs and fame.
The young generation is marked by its single minded quest for success and
achievements, especially the 21st century generation, which is out to change the
face of India. To name a few we have Virat Kohli, Narain Karthikeyan, Tina
Dabi, Arindam Chaudhuri and so on. The list is endless. The youth of today
showcase a strong will to work towards the accomplishment of their dreams.
They want to live in an India that is free from poverty, child labour, illiteracy,
gender bias. They want to see India among the top economies of the world in a
few years.
What is your vision about India? As a sensible and optimistic young Indian, pen
down a brief write up on this topic.
Also prepare a project on how you envisage your nation in the near future.
Details : 1. The above mentioned home task will be done in a separate folder.
2. The work should be original. The project report should be made using
cuttings from newspapers/magazines/printouts from internet/old books. There
should not be any empty spaces between the cuttings/pictures.

Make sure that you revise all the words of your iMind during your leisure time
and keep yourself upgraded.
3. WRITE- Write diary entries for ten days of your summer vacation and also
say what you did and how you enjoyed the vacation.
4. CREATE – Make a beautiful bookmark for your Literature reader. Decorate
it and write an inspirational quotation which inspires you. Get the bookmark
laminated.

1. A green house is place where plants are grown by providing proper conditions of
light water and temperature. Find out how in greenhouse these proper conditions
are provided to grow the plants. Which type of plants are grown in greenhouses?
2. Draw digestive system of a human and a cow. Note down 5 differences in both the

Materials needed A clean plate
2% or whole milk
Food colouring- as many cool colours as you like!
Some dish detergent
A cotton swab (ear bud)
Experiment Directions:
1. Pour the milk into the plate. Make sure it covers the entire plate, and that the plate is clean and dry before you use it.
2. Place a few drops of food colouring around the milk in different spots. Be creative! This is your chance to create real art.
3. Dip the cotton swab in dish detergent. 4. Ready? Set?… Go! Touch the milk with the dish detergent swab. You can place it
at the centre of the plate, or see what happens when you put it in one side! You don't have to stir or move the swab at all, just sit back and watch the magic.

A special Activity for budding Editor at Bhartiyam
Make your own newspaper minimum of 4 pages with the title of your choice.
Instruction to be followed:
1. Make use of A-3 sheets for making newspaper.
2. Make sure that the name of the newspaper should not be copied from anywhere, it
should be self made.
3. Handmade pictures or cuttings can be used anywhere in the newspaper.
4. The colour choice should be decent and attractive.
