Above extension of continuation of posts is subject to following condition:-l. Provisions of funds to meet the expenditure on salary and allowances of the staff is made in RE/BEof the relevant year and funds are voted by Delhi Legislative Assembly for the financial year 2016-17,2. Funds as allotted in Budget are released by Gal/Delhi Govt. during the relevant financial year andthe expenditure is met within the sanctioned budget for the financial year 2016-17,3. The purpose for which these posts were created still exists and posts are required for due dischargeof the duties for implementation of the scheme during the relevant period for which the continuation isapproved,4. The scheme under which the posts are created remain operational during the relevant period oftime,5. Contractual engagement/outsource arrangement, if made for filling the. posts it should be inaccordance with the provisions la id down under GFR ,2005 and other instructions issued by FinanceDepartment GNCT of Delhi from time to time,6. This continuation is valid for those posts which are not lying vacant for more than one year sincethe date of their creation or the posts which remain vacant for more than one year and subsequentlyrevived by the competent authority from time to time.

Expenditure involved on meeting the expenditure on payment of salary and allowances/consolidation remunerations to the staff shall be debitable under Plan Scheme GIA to 'State ProtectionSociety; (Central Share), Major Had'2235 0210 2270 036 (CSS)and GIA to State Child Protection Society(State Share) salaries '2235 0210 2260 036' for the financial year 2016-17.
