Central Bureau of Health Intelligence (CBHI) is the National Nodal Agency for Health Intelligence in the Directorate General of Health Services (Dte.GHS), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. 1. The particulars of its organisation, functions and duties.

Central Bureau of Health Intelligence (CBHI) is the National Nodal Agency for

Health Intelligence in the Directorate General of Health Services (Dte.GHS),

Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. CBHI also functions

CBHI is governed by norms set by Dte.GHS & Ministry of Health & Family

Welfare, Govt. of India

CBHI has been regularly bringing out its Annual Publication “National

Health Profile (NHP)” every year since 2005. NHP covers all the major

information on demography, socio-economic and health indicators

including morbidity and mortality trends, human resources for health,

health- care infrastructure, health finances and all other related

Besides, CBHI has been coming up with various publications from time to
