The Flame (Revealed in Makkah, 5 ayat) Interesting facts: Abu Lahab and his wife were punished by

Allah for their hatred towards Resulullah (the Prophet of Allah). Both of them insulted and ridiculed Resulullah, sallallahu alayhi wa sallam, and they wanted to harm him in many ways.

Family, money, and property won’t save

anyone from Allah’s justice. This Surah tells us that those who want to

harm the Muslims or Islam actually harm themselves. Those who commit or support evil deeds will face similar consequences.

Allā hu lā ilā ha illā huwa l-ḥ ayyu l-qayyū m lā taʾḥ uḏ uhu sinätu-n wa lā

nawmu-n lahu mā fī s-samawā ti wa mā fī l-arḏ man ḏ ā llaḏ ī yaš faʿu

ʿindahu illā bi iḏ nihi yaʿlamu mā bayna aydī him wa mā ḥ alfahum walā

yuḥ ī ṭ ū na bi š ayʾi-n min ʿilmihi illā bi mā š ā ʾa wasiʿa kursī yuhu s-samawā ti

wa l-arḏ a walā yaʾū duhu ḥ ifẓ uhumā wa huwa l-ʿaliyyu l-ʿaẓ ī m.

Allah - there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all]

existence. Neither drowsiness overtakes Him nor sleep. To Him belongs

whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth. Who is it that

can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is

[presently] before them and what will be after them, and they encompass

not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursi extends

over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not.

And He is the Most High, the Most Great.

"Allah je - nema boga osim Njega - Ž ivi i Vječ ni! Ne obuzima Ga ni

drijemeẓ ni san! Njegovo je ono š to je na nebesima i ono š to je na

Zemlji! Ko se moẓ e pred Njim zauzimati za nekoga bez dopuš tenja

Njegova?! On zna š ta je bilo i prije njih i š ta č e biti poslije njih, a od

onoga š to On zna - drugi znaju samo onoliko koliko On ẓ eli. Moč

Njegova obuhvata i nebesa i Zemlju i Njemu ne dojadi odrẓ avanje

njihovo; On je Sveviš nji, Velič anstveni!"

Ayatul kursi is the 255th ayat of Surah Al-Baqara. This ayat is the most greatest verse of the Holy Qur’an.

Islamic religious belief holds that anyone who recites this verse enters the protection and security of Allah.

Commonly, it is recited by Muslims after each of five daily prayers, in the morning and in the evening, and before

they go to sleep.

Glagol je promjenjiva vrsta riječi kojom se izriče radnja, stanje ili zbivanje. Tri osnovna glagolska vremena su:

PERFEKT označava radnju koja se vršila (ili izvršila) u prošlosti. Npr. Ja sam živio u Čikagu.

PREZENT znači radnju koja se vrši u sadašnjosti. Npr. Ja živim u Čikagu.

FUTUR znači radnju koja će se vršiti u budućnosti. Npr. Ja ću živjeti u Čikagu ako Bog da.

IMPERATIV (zapovijed) je naredbodavni glagolski način. Npr. Živi slobodno u Čikagu!

Primjer: glagol SAGNUTI SE Perfekt: Sagnuo sam glavu ispod stola. Prezent: Klanjač saginje glavu u namazu. Futur: Oni će se sagnuti kada uđu na vrata. Imperativ: Sagni se i pij, niko se ne ljuti.
