Diarrhea symptoms depend on the cause and who experience it, i.e., adults or children. Patients with diarrhea there were only brief experience abdominal pain with a slightly watery stool or some are experiencing stomach cramps with a very watery stool. In cases of severe diarrhea, the possibility of sufferers will also experience fever and severe abdominal cramps.

Factors that cause diarrhea in general

Cause of diarrhea in adults and children generally is an intestinal infection. Intestinal infection itself occurs by eating food or drink dirty and contaminated. Microorganisms that often cause intestinal infections are bacteria, parasites, and viruses like norovirus and rotavirus.

If severe, diarrhea can lead to dehydration. Dehydration has fatal consequences and potentially cost the lives of sufferers, especially if it occurs in children. This is because the body's defenses against dehydration children is much smaller than in adults. Therefore parents are advised to be alert for signs of dehydration in children and patients are advised to drink plenty of fluids while diarrhea is still ongoing.Ways to prevent diarrhea

Below are the preventive measures diarrhea due to contamination:1. Wash hands before eating2. Steer clear of foods that cleanliness is questionable and do not drink the tap water3. Separating raw foods from cooked4. Eat food cooked from fresh ingredients5. Storing food in the refrigerator and do not let the food left under exposure to sunlight or room temperature

If you have diarrhea, you should take the following steps to prevent the spread diarrhea to the people around you:1. If the stay of the house, make sure the patient avoids the use of towels or eating utensils similar to other household members2. Cleaning the toilet with disinfectant after each bowel movement3. Remain at home at least 48 hours after the last period of diarrhea4. Conjunctivitis is one of the most common eye problems. Conjunctivitis is usually caused by allergies, bacteria, chemical, or viral inflammation of the conjunctiva (the membrane lining the eyelids soft and covering the eyeball). The characteristics of eye pain caused by conjunctivitis is; eyes change color to pink. usually mild pain or no pain at all. Itching, redness.b. Corneal abrasions are also common causes of eye pain. The cornea is one of the most transparent part of the eye, sensitive and gentle. Blisters usually occurs because of scratches to the surface of the cornea, such as from a foreign body or overuse of contact lenses.c. Effects of Chemical and burns a significant cause of the sore eyes. Chemical effect is in the form of acid or alkaline substances, such as household cleaners or bleach. The burns are usually derived from strong light sources, such as welding spark or flame also comes from the sun and lighting tools which have fairly high light intensity.d. Blepharitis usually occurs due to plugged oil glands at the edge of the eyelids.e. Eye irritation. marked with a small lump on your eye, this eye bumps formed by the oil glands of the eye that is not normal. causing irritation to the eyes, the pain is quite painful

2. Pain in the orbit of the eye (orbital)Orbital pain is described as pain that is contained inside the eye or behind the eye's surface. Here are some of the causes of eye pain originating from the orbital:a. Glaucoma causes orbital pain, although most cases of glaucoma are not painful. Glaucoma is caused by increased intraocular pressure, or the internal pressure of the eye, which eventually can lead to defects in vision and even blindness if left untreated. Intraocular pressure may increase due to blockage of the eye fluid or increased production of aqueous humor (the fluid that bathes the eye). This usually occurs in older people.b. Iritis is an inflammation of the iris, or the colored part of the eye, which causes pain in the eyes.c. Optic neuritis is an inflammation of the optic nerve. The optic nerve connects to the back of the eye. The cause of inflammation is usually derived from multiple sclerosis, viral infections or bacterial infections.d. Sinusitis, which is a bacterial or viral infection of the sinuses, can cause pain orbital or eye socket.e. Trauma events, such as penetrating injury to the eye, eye blow with a foreign object, and motor vehicle collisions, which cause significant eye pain and injury. There are many things you can do to prevent sore eyes from occurring. Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly with soap and water is the beginning. Avoid touching your eyes and face when you do not wash your hands. Do not share towels, glasses, sunglasses, or make-up/ cosmetics, as this can only lead to transfer of infections. If you have symptoms of eye pain, and have been using cosmetics, especially as applied to your eyes or in the eyes, it is best to stop and dispose of the product. Buy new cosmetics and wait until conditions have been successfully treated before resuming use. Disinfection of surfaces, especially common such as doorknobs, counters and other surfaces with a bleach solution. Still, you'll feel much better when your system is back on track.The normal length of time between bowel movements varies widely from person to person. Some people have bowel movements three times a day. Others have them only once or twice a week.Going longer than three or more days without one is usually too long. Some causes of constipation include: Antacid medicines containing calcium or aluminum Changes in your usual diet or activities Colon cancer Eating a lot of dairy products. Eating disorders Irritable bowel syndrome Neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease or multiple sclerosis Not being active Not enough water or fiber in your diet Overuse of laxatives (Over time, this weakens the bowel muscles) Pregnancy Problems with the nerves and muscles in the digestive system Resisting the urge to have a bowel movement, which some people do because of hemorrhoids Some medications (especially strong pain drugs such as narcotics, antidepressants, or iron pills) Stress Under active thyroid (hypothyroidism)Thats all about the cause of contipation . SpeakerThank you for the Moderator, Good Morning everybody, thank you for the chance that has given to me. Im Ayu Savitri as the Speaker would like to tell you about the way to prevent contipation. Like the table topic speaker said about cause of contipation, i would like to give the prevention and role of nurse of contipation Prevent contipation : 1. Drink eight 8-ounce glasses of fluids every day. Talk with your provider if you have congestive heart failure, chronic kidney disease, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) before increasing your fluids.2. Drink 8 ounces of warm or hot liquid about 30 minutes before your normal time for a bowel movement. 3. Move around. o Walk twice a day, for up to 15 to 20 minutes at a time, if youre physically able. If youre not able to do this, talk to your provider about other types of activity. 4. Eat a healthy diet o Eat more fruits and vegetables to increase your fiber. Dont increase your fiber if you cant drink the recommended fluids. Dont take fiber products like Konsyl, Metamucil, Fibersure, or FiberCon. They may cause a blockage in your bowel. o Sugarless candy sweetened with sorbitol might be helpful for treating constipation. o Avoid foods and beverages that seem to make your symptoms worse.Role of nurse : Day 1 Take 1 docusate capsule and 2 senna tablets at bedtime. Day 2 If you dont have a bowel movement in the morning, take 1 docusate capsule and 2 senna tablets in the morning. If you dont have a bowel movement in the evening, take 1 docusate capsule and 3 senna tablets at bedtime. Day 3 If you dont have a bowel movement in the morning, take 2 docusate capsules, 4 senna tablets, and 30 mL of milk of magnesia in the morning. If you dont have a bowel movement in the evening, take 2 docusate capsules, 4 senna tablets, 30 mL of milk of magnesia, and insert a bisacodyl rectal suppository about an hour before bedtime. Day 4 If you dont have a bowel movement by the morning of day 4, call your provider. Once you reach your goal of having one bowel movement every 1 to 2 days, continue following the previous days dose of laxatives. For example, if you have a bowel movement the morning of day 3, continue following the dosages listed for day 2. Remember, it is safe to use laxatives and stool softeners daily for constipation caused by medicine.

Im Suli as the Speech Evaluator would like to tell you about my evaluation for the speakers. First for the moderator, she spoke clearly and moderate us with well so we can understand what she mean. For the table topic speaker, She already explained about the symptomps clearly and can be easily understand. For the speaker, it would be great of you dont just read the text but use your body language to tell your material.Thats all about my evaluation, I return back the time for the moderator.

Its uncorrect form.The second, she spoke as, it should be as (es); then she spoke wuld (would), but it should be wud without any l inside itThats all about my grammar analyses, I return back the time to the Moderator.
