1) Wings Online: Client installation
Check whether your pc uses a 32- or 64-bits version of Windows. Push the windowsbutton with the Pause/Break button
e.g.
Close all active programs Surf to https://www.wings.be/en/client-zone/installation/installation-wings-online/ Click on 2xclient-x32.msi or 2xclient-x64.msi (depends on 32- of 64-bit):
Save the installationprogram on your computer and run the program
Click in windowsexplorer (right) on the downloaded file en select :

Remarks
- Check your settings (Management – Settings), fill in the address and VAT company number.
- Wireless working is to be avoided.
- In WingsCloud each user has a personal work space on the server
Beside the defaultdivision for each user (Desktop, Documents, Downloads, Music, Pictures, Videos) you also have a
reference to v: where you can save files who are accessible for all users of your license.
From now on files that are generated by Wings (e.g. backups, intervatfiles, pdf files, ...) can only be saved in this
personal work space on the server.
You can access the files in this work space using the new icon which works similar as the ‘usual’
windows explorer.
When you open the windows explorer on your own computer besides WingsCloud files you can cut and pase files
from the cloudserver to a location on the harddisk of your pc (and vice versa).
- Each Wings installation in WingsCloud contains CutePDF Writer as a printer so you can always make a printout to a
PDF file:
- Each night at 1h45 a backup is made of the entire WingsCloud environment.
To be able to guarantee a correct backup of your data it is necessary to log out before 1h45 and log on after 4h30.
- Put your pc on position Power off when you leave the office.
- In case of errors, surf to our website www.wings.be – Status Online of http://www.wings.be/statusnok/

When the page isn’t accessible, probably there is a problem with your internet connection
When the page is accessible and a temporary difficulty is reported, wait until the failure is resolved before you log in again

2) Wings Online: ThinPrint installation
Check whether your pc uses a 32- or 64-bits version of Windows. Push the windowsbutton with the Pause/Break button

Close all active programs Surf to https://www.wings.be/en/client-zone/installation/installation-wings-online/ Click on tpsetup-x32.exe or tpsetup-x64.exe ((depends on 32- of 64-bit)
Save the installation program on your computer:
Run as administrator (click right in windowsexplorer)

Click and restart your computer.
Rem after Wings Accounting or Wings Logistics is started, wait at least 1 minute to give the program the opportunity
to load the printers.
Wireless working is to be avoided unless you dispose of a fast connection.
