1Captivating Heart to Heart by Stasi Eldredge
Captivating has brought healing to thousands of women throughout the world. And Captivating Heart to Heart is a DVD that models safe, vulner-able, Christian community among women.
I love the book, Captivating. But doing the Heart to Heart DVD study with five close friends encouraged me to be brave with my story—and let Je-sus in—in ways I never had before.

2Sermon of the Weekby Bethel Church
Sermon of the Week from Bethel Church in Redding, California, is the podcast I listen to each week when I’m in the car or walking the dog.
Rooted in Scripture and Biblical truth, they are prophetic, inspiring, and en-couraging. Each one awakes me fur-ther to listening to God’s heart, moti-vating me to run hard the race He has set before me and encouraging me to remember who I am and how I am loved.

3Jonathan & Melissa Helser + United Pursuit
Jonathan & Melissa Helser and United Pursuit are two artists/groups whose songs usher me into the pres-ence of the Holy Spirit. These worship artists open their hearts and sing raw, beautiful, aching songs of longing and celebration, confession and praise.
Don’t you love how music can stir us, awakening us even more to God’s presence? I love how these worship artists invite me in to receive God’s love, even more deeply.

4Audio & Video Seriesfrom Graham Cooke
Graham Cooke is an author and speaker whose prophetic teaching opens me to God’s healing so I can do what God has for me to do.
I particularly love Graham Cooke’s Fa-vor series, which focuses on the favor we have by living a life of choosing Christ. But all of Graham Cooke’s audio and videos are amazing, power-ful in their teaching of God’s love for us and his vision for our lives
I can’t get enough.

5The Great Divorce by C. S. Lewis
The Great Divorce, by C.S. Lewis, is a fictional story of a man who takes a journey on a bus, from hell to heaven, and is given the chance to accept, once more, a life of eternity, with God. The characters the man meets on his journey are unforgettable, providing a powerful snapshot of how we, in our fullness with God, might be imagined when we say ‘yes’ to Him. Likewise, we are invited to imagine the reverse: the consequences of saying, to God, ‘no’.
This book challenges me to consider what it means to choose a life follow-ing Christ.

6R|Tribe appfor iPhone and Android
So many women in the church strug-gle with hidden addiction, unhealthy sexuality, or relationship problems.
The folks at R|Tribe are my friends, and they’re tackling these problems the Silicon Valley way. By harnessing technology, the R|Tribe mobile app of- fers online counseling, coaching and recovery tracking in community.
It’s very cool. Check it out or tell a friend about it. It’s for men too.

7Volcano Candlesfrom Capri Blue
Capri Blue describes the fragrance of their Volcano candle as “tropical fruits and sugared citrus”. To me, it smells a bit like heaven.
Capri Blue’s Volcano candle is my go-to candle. I have two or three of these candles in various rooms around my house at all times, and I light them everyday. My first one was given to me by a dear friend years ago. She set one down, in cobalt blue, right on my kitchen counter and said this was the candle I needed. After lighting it, I understood.

8Bibles & Artby Hosanna Revival
Katie, of Hosanna Revival, believes that Scripture can bring a revival in our hearts. And, of course, I believe her.
Hosanna Revival creates stunning, personalized, hand-painted journaling Bibles. I loved giving away one of these amazing Bibles—designed for a special Breathing Eden reader—this fall.

9Abide appfor iPhone and Android
Abide is a mobile app created with the mission “to touch the world with meaningful, scriptural prayer so every-one may know God’s love and be transformed by His Spirit.”
I love how these aren’t just prayers we read, but prayers we are invited to participate in. We can search by top-ics or by authors, and even add music in the background, as a way to block out what might distract us from God’s presence.

10The Messageby Eugene Peterson
The Message, written by author, poet and retired pastor Eugene Peterson, is a contemporary translation of the Bible that reminds me of the value of spending time digesting the words of Scripture for myself. Peterson pon-dered what God is saying, and he wrote it down in words he under-stands.
I want to do that too. I want to con-sider God’s words carefully and closely, so I can make them personal and more readily apply them to my life.
