TUJUAN

Dengan melaksanakan praktikum ini diharapkan mahasiswa dapat :•Merancang Rangkaian Half/Full Adder mempergunakan gerbang logika.•Memahami prinsip kerja IC 7483 (4-Bit Binary Full Adder With Fast Carry). •Mengaplikasikan IC 7483 sebagai Rangkaian Adder Subtractor.

HALF ADDER• Rangkaian Half Adder menjumlahkan dua

buah bit input, menghasilkan sum (∑) dan carry-out (Co).

• Half Adder digunakan untuk menjumlahkan bit-bit terendah (Least Significant Bit) dari suatu bilangan.

Persamaan logika :Sum = B . A + B . A

= A ⊕ BCo = AB

FULL ADDER• Rangkaian Full Adder menjumlahkan dua bit biner + Co

(Carry-Out) hasil penjumlahan bit sebelumnya.• Output menghasilkan sum (∑) dan carry-out (Co).

Sum = Cin B A + Cin B A + Cin B A + Cin B A

= Cin (B A + B A ) + Cin (B A + B A )

= Cin (A ⊕ B ) + Cin (A ⊕ B )

= Cin ⊕ (A ⊕ B)INPUT OUTPUT
