The LocationOne of Sunningdale’s most prestigious roads, where the appeal of the

The Ridge RevealedStarting it’s life in the 1960’s, The Ridge housed eight apartments with garaging

and communal gardens. Realising there was an opportunity to reincarnate the

run down block, the Halebourne Group entered into discussions with the

residents, and in 2012 purchased the building. Keeping the original name of the

60’s block, the Halebourne Group went to work on creating a new generation

of luxury apartments in Sunningdale.

Working closely with Ascot Design Architects, the focus was to create a

mansion block that not only looked stunning, but also delivered a lifestyle

that was cost effective. Tireless research into new cutting edge building

components has allowed The Ridge to achieve its objective. The use of

eco-friendly and energy efficient materials has created its super-structure,

and additions such as solar panels and extra sound proofing to each apartment

provides privacy, insulation and sensible running costs.
