  • Hi!

Welcome to this free mini-ebook on why increasing your testosterone will improve

    your life.

My name is Christopher Walker and Im the author of the Testosterone I/O program, a

program I wrote in 2013 that outlines how to naturally increase your testosterone via

simple, but often misunderstood, training, nutrition, and lifestyle tweaks.

Hundreds of guys have successfully worked through the program (and fitness-minded

women looking to balance their hormones) and have all seen great results - every story

Ive received via email or tweet since the release of the program has been

overwhelmingly positive. with guys all raising their T levels to between 750 - 1100

ng/dL within the initial 6 months of implementing the proper changes... all 100%

naturally - no creams, gels, or T shots.

And that kind of change makes a huge impact on a man.

Most men these days experience low testosterone symptoms in one form or another.

Often times, with the high levels of stress in our daily lives coupled with unchecked

nutrition practices and a complete lack of, or more commonly completely incorrect,

training programs, its no wonder that entire populations have seen a negative trend in

male testosterone levels over the past decade.

With massive marketing campaigns in recent years turning the trend into a low T

epidemic in the publics eye, its also no wonder most guys turn to their doctor for a

prescription of testosterone creams and gels (Androgel, for example).

    The Testosterone I/O Program - http://testosterone.io

  • They dont realize that theres another way to raise their T... a natural way.

A way that doesnt require them to supplement with an expensive goo, essentially a

band-aid, that wont do anything positive for building the biological systems within the

body to naturally produce endogenous testosterone.

When you take the gel, your T goes up.

When you stop taking the gel, it plummets back down to excruciatingly low levels.

Some people dont mind this dependence - they appreciate the quick fix. But is it a

great long term strategy? Is it setting you up for a successful training and nutrition

approach that will naturally keep your T levels nice and healthy for the rest of your

    life?

    Nope, unfortunately not.

Thats why I wanted to comb through the research myself and come up with a simple

    approach for naturally increasing testosterone.

Im not just all talk either - I did it in my own life... taking my testosterone from an

    insanely low 11 ng/dL to 1192 ng/dL in just 18 months.

A brain tumor in my pituitary caused a T production blockage so I needed to figure out a

    way to overcome that issue.

Everything I learned... I wrote out in the Testosterone I/O program. A thesis of sorts.

    The Testosterone I/O Program - http://testosterone.io

  • And depending on where your level of training, body fat, food quality, and age are, you

may even be able to achieve similar results in less time - for example, one customer

from Switzerland went from 600 to 1020 ng/dL in just 90 days.

So what will an increase in natural

    testosterone do for you?

    Great question.

Below youll find a list of the top ten reasons why I believe bringing your testosterone

into the normal and high-normal range is a great idea:

    1. Increased ability to build lean tissue

Testosterone is what is known as an androgen - a steroid hormone (can be natural or

synthetic) that controls and maintains the development of male characteristics.

One of these characteristics - and a distinguishing factor between male and female

vertebrates - is the enhanced ability for males to develop and carry more muscle mass.

This generally leads, in healthy individuals, to males having higher proportions of

muscle mass relative to body fat than women.

(for the exceptionally fit and lean women reading this, youre definitely the exception

    to the rule)

    The Testosterone I/O Program - http://testosterone.io

  • Male vertebrates have far higher amounts of androgen receptors than females - and its

at these receptor sites that androgens are able to work their magic in terms of

developing male characteristics like lean muscle tissue.

When you have higher circulating levels of androgens, specifically testosterone, you

have a higher binding affinity to androgen receptors. [ref] [ref] [ref]

    In simple terms...

It becomes much easier to gain muscle tissue.

    2. Increased ability to burn body fat

Higher testosterone levels will help you maintain lower body fat levels more easily.

    Two things:

    1. The simple act of decreasing your body fat will increase your testosterone

    2. When your testosterone increases, you will be much better at fat burning,

especially if you are also building muscle mass (which is also easier)

Hopefully you can see the cyclical nature of this positive trend.

The exact mechanisms behind androgen-dependent fat burning are still relatively

unknown. But we do know the result - fat burning. However, brand new research out of

Japan found that skeletal muscle that was treated with testosterone induced an

    The Testosterone I/O Program - http://testosterone.io

  • increase in energy expenditure in the muscle tissue itself via a process known as

    mitochondrial biogenesis. [ref]

    What does this mean?

It means that as you increase your testosterone levels, you will see an increase in

metabolic activity in your muscle tissue. This increase in metabolic activity, the

researchers imply, will lead to fat mass reduction.

    3. Lower psychological stress levels

Testosterone and a hormone called cortisol work antithetically, in opposition to one

    another.

As one rises, the other falls.

For this reason, most androgen-specific stress research deals with monitoring the T/C

    ratio (testosterone/cortisol) in different species.

It may surprise most people to learn that most of their testosterone, physique, and

sexual issues arise from one thing:

    Stress.

Both psychological and physical... nearly always chronic (ie. cumulative build up over

    long periods of time).

    The Testosterone I/O Program - http://testosterone.io

  • As you naturally increase your testosterone over time, you will also simultaneously be

working to decrease your cortisol level, which manifests itself, in the majority of

individuals, as a feeling of vastly improved well-being and psychological relaxation.

Depressive issues usually dissipate or lessen in severity. Anxiety improves drastically.

So the psychological benefits of increasing your T, while often overlooked, can have

    life-changing implications.

    4. Lower physical stress levels

In that same vein, you may even find your ability to tolerate physical discomfort has

greatly improved as you increase your testosterone. [ref] [ref] [ref]

You will be able to recover from workouts more rapidly, and regulate oxidative stress

    more efficiently. [ref] [ref] [ref]

This decrease in circulating cortisol and increased ability to fight oxidative stress will

help not just your mind (ie. improve anxiety and depressive symptoms) but also make

you feel physically fresh and energetic throughout the day.

  • 5. Increased Sex Drive

If you have low testosterone, increasing your T levels will subsequently elevate your

libido - in a big way, guaranteed. [ref] In hypogonadal men (ie. low testosterone),

increasing T levels improves the following:

    nocturnal erections

    sexual thoughts and desires

    number of successful intercourses

    erectile function

    overall sexual satisfaction

    [ref]

However, for men with normal levels of testosterone, increasing their T doesnt have

major influence in those areas (because they are usually at a baseline of normalcy) and

psychological work is usually best to improve sexual satisfaction and performance.

If you have low or low-normal T levels, increasing your T will take your sex life from

    zero to HERO. [ref]

    6. Increased sexual stamina

With the increased capacity to handle muscular stress and recover quicker, especially if

you use proper training and nutrition techniques to raise your testosterone levels, you

will find that your stamina vastly exceeds that of your low T self, even in the bedroom.

Your partner will thank you for spending the time to increase your T.

  • 7. Elevated sense of well-being

The relationship between testosterone and depression is a complicated one. While

most people assume a linear negative correlation (ie. higher testosterone, lower

depression), a body of research points to the higher probability of it being a U-shaped

    relationship curve. [ref]

This means that when you have low testosterone and are experiencing depressive

symptoms, increasing your testosterone will alleviate the symptoms. However, after a

certain point, abnormally high testosterone levels can begin causing depression once

    again.

This also explains why anabolic steroid abusers have a well-known prevalence for

    depression. [ref] [ref]

So how do you avoid depression?

    Increase your testosterone naturally.

When you use training and nutrition methods to increase your T steadily over the

course of several months, as opposed to taking Hormone Replacement Therapy or

using anabolic steroids, you completely eliminate the risk of going too high - what

    researchers call supraphysiological.

Your body has natural mechanisms in place to halt T production before it causes

negative effects --- if you do it naturally.

    The Testosterone I/O Program - http://testosterone.io

  • However if you increase your T with synthetic hormones you are essentially issue a

system override, a scenario in which your body has trouble handling the unnatural

amounts of hormones in the system. Negative side effects come swiftly.

Optimizing your testosterone naturally is an incredible way to not only elevate your

overall well-being very quickly, but subsequently put the systems in place within your

body to allow it to maintain that elevated well-being and high-normal T level

    indefinitely.

Its worth spending the time learning how to do so.

    8. Optimal social assertiveness

Testosterone plays an interesting role in social behavior.

A theory set forth by a group of endocrine researchers in 2012 posited that

testosterone plays four distinct roles in social situations (pay specific attention to the

    fourth one):

    1. The strengthening of testosterone synthesis is a result of not only the existence

of challenges, but also of a positive mood before an encounter that is associated

with the anticipation of a victory

    2. In situations where the anticipation of victory is present but the positive mood is

absent, no rise in testosterone levels will occur

    3. Testosterone acts as a "pleasure" hormone and usually releases in situations

where the individual achieves or anticipates possible satisfaction

    The Testosterone I/O Program - http://testosterone.io

  • 4. An increased release of testosterone to the blood not only decreases anxiety

but also elevates the mood, which increases animal's/human's assertiveness.

    [ref]

    9. Increased perceived attractiveness Increased assertiveness and confidence leads to increase perceived attractiveness. The

way you carry yourself plays a major role in how others perceive you and how

    magnetic you are to them.

Also, women prefer masculine males. [ref]

A masculine male will have secondary characteristics (ie. facial hair) that are directly

    correlated with testosterone binding affinity.

Women can also smell a high testosterone male - an apparent evolutionary

adaptation for optimal genetic selection. In fact, exposure of adolescent females to

testosterone-dependent male odors actually accelerates puberty in those females. This

is known as the Vandenbergh Effect. [ref]

While the influence of pheromones on humans is poorly understood, the effect does

appear to be very real in terms of behavioral, and even hormonal, reactions in the

    opposite sex.

  • 10. Increased self confidence

As your testosterone increases and you can more easily gain a healthy amount of

muscle mass while keeping your body lean and your mind sharp and depression-free,

the natural by-product of these positive changes is that your self-confidence will

greatly improve. Social assertiveness also plays a role. [ref]

In my own life, as I felt better and better while my T levels climbed up, I began to

notice some very important changes taking place in my psyche - the most noticeable of

which was my self-confidence, in and out of social situations.

I just felt better about myself all around.

Talking to people was easier, my depression lifted, anxiety gone - I felt healthy and

happy for the first time in ages.

    Now What?

So by now you understand why taking the time to naturally increase your T is so

important - and how big of a positive impact it can have on your everyday life.
