INVESTMENT SUMMARY

Waterford Property Company, LLC has been retained as the exclusive agent to sell or lease the 9225 Ward Parkway Building (“Building”). 9225 Ward Parkway contains 33,830 square feet on two (2) floors, plus a 7,000 square foot parking garage. The original building of approximately 26,880 square feet was constructed on 2.2 acres in 1970. KANSAS CITY OVERVIEW The Kansas City Metro was recently named by Expansion Management magazine as one of “America’s 50 Hottest Cities” for company executives looking to expand or relocate their headquarters, back-office operations, or manufacturing plants.
